11w ago - Sony Product Manager Ken Chan shared a GT documentary video today dubbed KAZ: Pushing the Virtual Divide detailing Gran Turismo for fans below.
To quote: GT fans! As you know, we are celebrating the 15th Year Anniversary of Gran Turismo & as part of that, we've put together a documentary called KAZ: Pushing the Virtual Divide.
This film is about drive. It's about the passion and creative drive of Kazunori Yamauchi, the architect behind Gran Turismo's birth and breath-taking fifteen-year evolution.
This film will trace his relentless willingness to challenge himself, to hold none of his past achievements sacred, and push beyond the virtual divide in his pursuit of perfection.
Through the support of PlayStation, Kaz's journey has forever changed the gaming and automotive landscape and in doing so, has redefined how we perceive the relationship between art, entertainment and culture.
Kazunori Yamauchi himself presented the trailer at the Jalopnik Film Festival inside the Classic Car Club Manhattan, along with the film Director, Tamir Moscovici (Urban Outlaw)

To quote: "It originally intended to reveal the headset at Gamescom but plans fell through at the eleventh hour. The company is currently weighing up whether the PS4 device should be pitched as a key differentiator for the console or a non-essential add-on.

A games developer familiar with Sony's plans, who wished to remain anonymous, told CVG that Evolution Studios is currently working with the device to simulate a cockpit view on its PS4 title Drive Club.
Another developer claimed the virtual reality headset resembles the 3D headset that Sony first revealed in January 2011. The head-mounted display will be available separately, like with the new PlayStation Eye, in order to keep the baseline PS4 price as low as possible.
In August, Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida suggested...

To quote: With the E3 Expo just around the corner, the PlayStation Home team is happy to announce that you'll be able to be part of the convention excitement – right from your PS3!
For the first time ever, PlayStation Home will host a live public video stream of the Sony E3 press conference on Monday, June 6 at 5pm Pacific Time in a special screening room. We're also happy to confirm that the PlayStation Home E3 Virtual Booth is making a triumphant return! The virtual booth was visited by a lot of people last year (five times more people than physically attended E3 2010!), making it huge success for us and hopefully for you as well.
If you visited the booth last year, you'll remember that we enabled you to explore a virtual recreation of PlayStation's E3 booth. Expect the same this year, with a few new surprises – including a 3D-rendered NGP to inspect from every angle.
