156w ago - Game Designer Wes Bunn has revealed that UFC Undisputed 2010 is officially released today, and it includes the promised bonus PS3 content as well.

To quote: Just wanted to take some time to give some perspective on what went into this year's game.

If you're a fan of MMA, fighting games, or you just want to virtually choke out, punch, or kick one of your friends in the face, we think you'll find something to be excited about.

First off, let me just say that everyone on our team truly loves MMA. We're all fans of the sport, just like you. We get together and watch the fights all the time, and some of us actually train! The bottom line is that we're gamers, we love MMA, and we truly want to make the absolute best MMA game possible.

With that said, I think you will be pleased with the amount of changes and additions we've made to this year's game. The game plays so much faster than last year, is much more fluid and responsive, and the gameplay adjustments we've made (such as the Sway System and Cage Interaction) add a whole new level of strategy.

157w ago - Today French retailer Amazon.fr (linked above) has added a new PS3 Slim 250GB UFC Undisputed 2010 bundle to their inventory.

According to their Web site, it will begin shipping on June 11, 2010 for EUR 349.95.

For those who don't already know, UFC Undisputed 2010 is a mixed martial arts video game featuring Ultimate Fighting Championship properties and fighters developed by Yuke's and published by THQ.

Royce Gracie, Jens Pulver and Dan Severn are exclusive PS3 fighters. Along with the three exclusive fighters will be five exclusive ultimate fights with each of those being added to a special blu-ray disc.

UFC Undisputed 2010 also includes multiple changes from the previous version, as follows:

• Improved controls, including a redesign of clinch and ground grappling, as well as an improved career mode, starting in the World Fighting Alliance.
• Changes to gameplay including usage of cage walls, TKO (cut and injury) finishes and the introduction of Karate, Greco-Roman wrestling and Sambo fighting styles.
• Added MMA brands for clothing as well as the introduction of post-fight attire.
• New arenas including GM Place, Centre Bell and The O2.

From what we checked out while we were there, the game's looking like a great improvement over last year's title.

159w ago - THQ UK Community Manager Mike Richardson has detailed some of the exclusive PlayStation 3 content from UFC Undisputed 2010 today and also revealed that the video game's PS3 demo will arrive next week.

To quote: There's just one month left now until UFC Undisputed 2010 arrives, complete with exclusive Ultimate Fight content on PlayStation 3. And I've got the first screens of this additional content to share with you today.

The Ultimate Fight Mode allows you to relive some of the greatest fights in UFC history. Each event includes an introduction from one of the Octagon Girls, comments from the fighters and footage from the real life event. Replay the fight as the champion or try and rewrite history as 'the spoiler'.
