68w ago - Behaviour Creative Director Ashley Pannell has shared a video trailer today showcasing the upcoming PSN title Naughty Bear: Panic In Paradise below.
To quote: Ashley from Behaviour here. When we first approached the development of Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise, we set out to not just improve on the 2010 original but to exceed that and deliver a dramatically enhanced experience.
We always loved the core concept and the cheeky protagonist, Naughty Bear. Obviously we could have completely thrown the entire concept out and started again from scratch, but there were many things that our fans liked about Naughty Bear.
Our first goal was to fix the things that we were called out on and then add new, meaningful gameplay mechanics which would make Panic in Paradise as good as it possibly could be.
With that in mind, the following list lets you take a peek inside a few of the new features and mechanics in Panic in Paradise, due on PlayStation Network this October.
Panic in Paradise has been built using a fully revamped version of our internal engine. A new lighting and shadow system brings a great new mood and feel to the world and also allows for a dramatically increased number of bears on screen.

134w ago - Today Nyleveia.com (linked above) reports news of a security issue with the PlayStation Network 'Password Reset' feature, and as a result Sony has turned off the PSN sign-in to remedy the matter.
Sony has also confirmed that it was indeed not a hack, but a URL exploit that was subsequently fixed.
To quote from Community Team Moderator Yaster via the official PS EU Forum:
"Hey Guys. Please note that PSN sign in is currently unavailable for the following services:
• PlayStation forums
• PlayStation Blog
• Music Unlimited via the web client
• All PlayStation game title websites
Unfortunately this also means that those who are still trying to change their password password via Playstation.com or Qriocity.com will be unable to do so for the time being. This is due to essential maintenance and at present it is unclear how long this will take.
In the meantime you will still be able to sign into PSN...
157w ago - Sony PlayStation Home Director Jack Buser has announced today that PS Home is turning two, and that some new video games are incoming as well!
To quote: It's amazing to look at the evolution of PlayStation Home and see how much it has changed since we launched in December two years ago.
From our humble beginnings in 2008, we've become a world filled with hundreds of games enjoyed by 17 million users worldwide and given PlayStation Network users a unique and dynamic gaming experience that can only be found on our platform.
The idea of what games mean in PS Home has also changed. In contrast to the handful of simple mini-games offered at launch, we now see a huge variety of games, including massive full-length games developed by some of the most prominent and innovative indie developers in our industry.
The experience of PS Home itself has radically improved over the years as well, with faster load times, zero-wait game access, intuitive navigation, and the addition of features such as group-based voice chat and robust inventory management.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so check out the infographic below to see how PlayStation Home has evolved over the last two years into an industry leading social game platform:
