Users will have the opportunity to investigate in-game environments, including a bombed-out train station that has been converted into the ad hoc office of Reuben Oluwagembi, a journalist caught in the middle of the propaganda conflict between the warring UFLL and APR factions.
In Reuben’s office, you’ll be able to analyze an interactive map of the game world to strengthen your knowledge of the Far Cry 2 environment to develop your strategy for future missions. Microsoft is suing shipping company DHL for allegedly losing 21,600 Xbox 360 consoles in a Texas train derailment, according to court documents.
In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle, Microsoft said it is seeking more than US$2 million in damages from DHL for two containers of Xbox 360 consoles that sustained "impact damage, wetting, pilfering and shortage" after a derailment near Duke, Texas.
The Xboxes were en route from a Microsoft office in McAllen, Texas, to Long Beach, California, for eventual delivery to Hong Kong at the time of the loss, which occurred on Oct. 13, 2007, according to court papers. Flextronics Industrial in Hong Kong was the intended recipient.
Microsoft claims that DHL has refused to compensate it for the loss, even though the delivery service "negligently breached its duties as a common carrier, handler, bailee, warehouseman, agent, or in other capabilities," acc... More »

A few days ago it was revealed that Sony was to drop the price of the PlayTV recorder device for the PS3, but they also dropped one of the best proposed features. That is the ability to transfer recordings to wherever you want, this will be sure to put off many what would have been potential buyers.
To quote: I've had a good old grumble about the price of PlayTV so I should be happy, right? Sony saw people struggling to pay food, electricity and petrol bills and said 'you know what, let's cut them some slack for a change'.
Unfortunately, at some point in the planning of this price trim, someone came up with a profoundly stupid idea - to TAKE AWAY the option to transfer recordings to wherever you want.
This feature alone has always been one of the main draws for PlayTV for me. I want to make recordings of TV shows. If I don't have time to watch them, I'll copy them onto my PSP and watch them on the train.

Ask any zombie buff - the possibility of a world overrun by the living dead looms like a dark cloud over humanity. Are you ready? Will you know what to do when well-meaning scientists unleash a brain-rotting plague or when a curse causes long deceased loved ones to claw their way out of earthen pits?
Of course not - contending with the constant demands of today's society doesn't leave most of us with time to think about things like whether a raid on an abandoned grocery store is best done alone, with a group, at night... or not at all. So here are a few study aides to help you defend yourself against a necrotizing neighbor in the ensuing chaos.
First on our list is Left 4 Dead, a multi-player co-op zombie shooter that forces you to rely on your fellow survivors to make it through a campaign. Left 4 Dead differs from other zombie games in its dynamic enemy dispersal, meaning when the dead rise - there will be no way to predict where they will lurk. Unfortunatey... More »
