5w ago - Telltale Games Community Lead Laura Perusco announced today that The Walking Dead: Season Two, Episode 4 is coming to PS3 and PS Vita on July 22, 2014.

To quote: Today we'd like to share the release date for Amid the Ruins, the next installment in The Walking Dead: Season Two. Just a word of warning to those who haven't yet caught up on the season so far: there be SPOILERS here!

This episode picks up right where Episode 3 left off. After escaping Carver's camp, the group now faces immediate danger in the dead center of a walker horde.

Walkers aren't the only threat to Clem's safety, though. The group is beginning to fracture under the pressures of survival in an unforgiving world, and as they search for new shelter, it becomes apparent that the living may be just as dangerous as the dead...

Episode 4: Amid the Ruins will be available for download on both PS3 and PS Vita on Tuesday, July 22nd. In the meantime, let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

The Walking Dead: Season Two - Episode 3 is Out Today on PS3

14w ago - Telltale Games Community Lead Laura Perusco announced that The Walking Dead: Season Two - Episode 3 is out today on PS3.

To quote: I'll keep this one short (Because hey, most of the fun is playing the episode for yourself!), but here's a little rundown on what Clementine is facing in the next chapter of The Walking Dead on PS3.

After Clem and her new group are captured by Carver, you'll be forced to make some seriously hard-hitting decisions as escape becomes a priority.

It won't be easy, because Carver's intelligence is rivaled only by his propensity for brutal violence. In this episode, the weak will perish and only the strong will survive... check out the trailer to see a little more if you're game.

As ever, thanks for continuing The Walking Dead journey with us, and let us know what you think in the comments - just please be mindful of SPOILERS for those who have yet to jump in!

Video: The Walking Dead - Episode 5: No Time Left Hits PSN Tomorrow

92w ago - Sony Social Media Manager Sid Shuman has announced that The Walking Dead Episode 5: No Time Left hits PSN tomorrow alongside a fresh video trailer below.

To quote: It's all been leading up to this! Tomorrow, [Register or Login to view links] releases what they've dubbed the "season finale" of The Walking Dead, which I suppose bodes well for the possibility of future installments.

For me, Telltale's series represents the best of the adventure genre, with likeable characters, grim scenarios, and a player-guided narrative.

I've made no secret that The Walking Dead has quickly become one of my favorite gaming experiences of the year, and I'm dying to see how Lee Everett's final chapter plays out in this companion piece to Robert Kirkman's much-loved graphic novel series.

(Spoiler) Sad to say that Kenny won't be joining me on the final journey, though. What about you? Who are you taking with you?

Video: The Walking Dead: Episode 4 Coming Soon, New PS3 Trailer

98w ago - Today Writer Gary Whitta has confirmed that The Walking Dead: Episode 4 - Around Every Corner is coming soon alongside a new video trailer and screens below.

To quote: Congratulations. You've made it. You've survived. This far.

If you're reading this blog, that means you've probably already played the first three installments of [Register or Login to view links]' episodic video game adaptation of Robert Kirkman's never-ending zombie epic The Walking Dead. And you've been put through an emotional meat grinder unparalleled in interactive storytelling.

You've had to deal not just with the dead rising up, but with the living brought low as the scattered and desperate survivors of the zombie apocalypse have struggled to hold onto their humanity under impossible pressure.

You've seen murder, cannibalism, fear, paranoia, insanity, betrayal, and even the tragic death of an innocent child. And all I can say to you after all that is, I'm sorry. Because it's about to get worse. Much worse.

At the close of Episode 3, Lee Everett and his fellow survivors were just about to arrive by train in Savannah, where Kenny, distraught after the recent loss of his wife and son, has pinned all his hopes on finding a boat that can carry the group to safety.
