37w ago - Ubisoft Community Developer Gabriel Graziani has announced alongside a fresh video that the Assassin's Creed III: The Betrayal PS3 DLC is out today.
To quote: The Betrayal, the second chapter in Assassin's Creed III's The Tyranny of King Washington single-player DLC series, comes out today on PSN.
Trapped in captivity by the vicious King Washington, Ratonhnhaketon must free himself and seek aid to overthrow Washington's ruthless machinations. Check out the video below for a run-down on what to expect.
Similar to the Power of the Wolf, Power of the Eagle has two different uses. First, it enables Ratonhnhaketon to soar from one location to another quickly and invisibly as a ghostly eagle. You activate this ability by looking in the direction you want to go... if the Power of the Eagle is available to use, you will see a reticle appear with two wings.
Once you press the button to activate the ability, Raton will transform into an eagle and streak towards the new location completely...

118w ago - WayForward Technologies Designer and Director Sean Velasco has shared all the bloody details today on BloodRayne: Betrayal for PSN in a new video below!
To quote: We've been working ridiculously hard on BloodRayne: Betrayal for quite some time now and I can't tell you how stoked I am to tell you that it's launching next week, on September 6th, as part of the annual PSN PLAY promotion.
For those of you who might not know, WayForward has been working on a full-on 2D re-imagining of the iconic BloodRayne franchise. BloodRayne: Betrayal is all about deep and varied combat, tough-as-nails platforming, smooth and fluid animations, and of course, buckets and buckets of blood!
We've previously been fortunate enough to work with the game's publisher, Majesco, on A Boy and His Blob. It was a great experience, so when they approached us with the opportunity to reboot BloodRayne, we jumped at it! With the power of the PS3 behind us, we have crafted our first HD side-scrolling game, and it looks frickin' amazing!
We've combined a rich fluid dynamic system that allows for superbly splattery blood, unique screen-distorting refraction effects for all of Rayne's slicing and dicing, tons of layers of background...
174w ago - Sony Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has shared details today on Mafia II's PS3-exclusive DLC dubbed The Betrayal of Jimmy.
To quote: Last month, the name "Jimmy's Vendetta" leaked out, along with a list of PlayStation 3 Trophies that appeared to be from the previously-confirmed PS3-exclusive Mafia II downloadable content.
As it turns out, that DLC will be coming down the line. Before Jimmy can get going on that vendetta - he's got to be double-crossed. That, as it turns out, is the source material for The Betrayal of Jimmy DLC, available at free at launch, exclusively for the PS3 version of Mafia II.
The Betrayal of Jimmy is almost an arcade-style take on the Mafia II experience. The team took the most fun elements from the game: shooting, driving, stealing, etc in a open world, and made it a point-based romp, complete with leaderboards.
It's all about fast cars, blowing stuff up, hitting top speeds, and really taking advantage of the open city. If Mafia II is an expansive story, then The Betrayal of Jimmy is instant gratification.
Unlike in the main Mafia II storyline, you'll rack up points for drifting, high speed...
