To quote: Wait, what? Didn't Star Wars Pinball already launch on PSN? YES! And you are telling me it is launching again? YES! Okay, that was probably super confusing, so let me try to explain.

Believe me, it's a good thing. The initial Star Wars Pinball pack was released in February for Zen Pinball 2 on PS3 and PS Vita. That pack included Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Boba Fett and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and it's coming back... this time, with even more features. From the very beginning of the Star Wars Pinball project, we've been working on a special standalone version of the game that would offer some really fun community features and would be fully branded Star Wars. We managed to finish that project, and it's releasing next week, exclusively on PS3 and PS Vita!

Now you're probably wondering, "Why did I buy this for Zen Pinball 2 when I could have bought a game with different features?" Don't worry, young Padawan, we thought about that too. If you've already bought the tables in Zen Pinball 2, you are entitled to download Star Wars Pinball at no charge!

9w ago - FarSight Studios Lead Designer Bobby King confirmed that Star Trek: The Next Generation warps to The Pinball Arcade today.

Below are the details, to quote: Hey everyone, Bobby King from FarSight Studios here. We just got back from Dallas and the Texas Pinball Festival.

It's a tremendously fun weekend that includes playing hundreds of classic and rare pinball machines to the latest tables from Stern Pinball, like The Avengers; and Jersey Jack's first table, Wizard of Oz (which looks and plays great and features the first LCD backbox display in pinball history).

Next weekend, we'll have a booth in Milwaukee at the Midwest Gaming Classic, so if you live in the area, stop by and check out the show. There will be everything from classic video game consoles and coin-op to tons of pinball.





In Dallas, we were lucky enough to get to spend some time with legendary pinball designer, Steve Ritchie. This week at FarSight Studios, we've been packin' up our new expo display and gettin' ready to head to the Texas Pinball Festival to show off our latest tables and features!

March has always been one of my favorite months. The fact that we now get to spend a couple weekends each March at pinball shows has made it even better.

11w ago - Following up on their previous release, today PlayStation 3 scene release group Duplex is back with Tomb Raider PS3 (BLES01780), Zen Pinball 2 Star Wars DLC PSN and Need for Speed Most Wanted Deluxe Bundle DLC PSN for PS3 with details below!

The Tomb Raider release also includes a PS3 Custom Firmware 3.55 fix while the Zen Pinball 2 Star Wars PSN is a PlayStation 3 DLC release only.
