122w ago - I just logged into PSN via my laptop to remove my credit card info after reading the last article PS3 Hackers Address Potential PSN Security Issues and Bans and the first thing it made me do was re-accept the revised PSN Terms of Service & User Agreement Version 8 from February 16, 2011 similar to a few months back when it last changed.

The most interesting is paragraph 11, to cite:
