141w ago - SCEA has created a division dubbed Sony Network Entertainment America (SNEA) and as of April 1, 2011 (no April Fool's joke) PSN users will be prompted to agree with their new Terms of Service (TOS).
To quote from Examiner.com: "Starting on April 1st, SCEA will transfer their online service operations to Sony Network of America.
In this transaction, Sony will be transfering your PSN wallet information and funds to SNEA for handling. On or after April 1st, PSN users will have to agree to the new terms.
Those that decline the new terms may be declined service and PSN account will be closed.
