121w ago - Today clouduzz let us know of a PS3 Custom Firmware 3.55 and 3.41 fix for Record of Agarest War Zero on the PlayStation 3 entertainment system.
The PS3 CFW patch fixes were made a little over a month ago by ReDriGoX, REDragoon and shado1664, but haven't been reported on up to now here... that said, if anyone knows of other PlayStation 3 games on our PS3 3.60+ Games that can't be FIXED yet list by all means drop the RS/MU/etc links in our PS3 CFW & MFW Forum and we will mainpage your post.
188w ago - Recently we reported that Record of Agarest War for PlayStation 3 requires nearly 10GB of PS3 HDD space to install, and today the title's Localization Editor Ben Bateman has shared some videos of the upcoming title in action.
To quote: I have come here today to talk to you about that very game, which is coming to the PlayStation Store this Thursday, April 29.
You may have had a chance to peruse some of our marketing materials regarding Agarest. You haven't? Oh my. Well, in polite company, I would say that they play up the relationship aspect of the game.
To elaborate somewhat, Agarest gives you, the PS3 player, the reasonably unique experience of playing through five generations of fathers and sons.
Your in-game decisions - tactical, moral, and romantic - will determine the abilities and strengths of your offspring, which characters will join your party, and ultimately, the very fate of your world!

189w ago - Today Examiner.com (linked above) reports that Record of Agarest War is hitting PSN this Thursday, however, they note it will require nearly 10GB of PS3 HDD space to install and close to 18GB of hard disk drive space to begin the download.
To quote: "PS3 owners will have the ability to purchase the game via PSN and download it right to their PS3 for safe storage. If you plan to buy it from the PSN Store this week, be prepared for a lengthy download and huge file size.
Record of Agarest War for the PS3 totals at 9228MB, but you'll need close to 18GB of space to begin the download. This download will take gamers a long time to complete - with it ranging based on your own connection speed.
At this moment, the estimated time for the download is a few hours on our connection."
209w ago - Those who balked over the MAG PS3 Beta size may want to take a time out and breathe before you consider downloading Record of Agarest from Sony's PlayStation Network.
Siliconera.com is reporting that according to Aksys employee Belisarius it is estimated to weigh in at around 8 to 10 gigs in size.
Obviously, eight to ten gigabytes isn't going to be a space issue for most people's PS3 hard drive, however, the time it'll take to download via PSN is another story.
To quote: "All right guys, I figured you might like to hear a reasonably official word on this, so here it is:
I asked around, and it looks like the final size is going to be somewhere around 8-10 gigs. It sounds like a lot, I know, but I've been downloading the debug ROMs at home to take the load off our office internet, and they only take a few hours--I usually start them when I leave for work, and they're done by lunch. My internet connection is nothing special either--about 500 kb/s on a good day.
