97w ago - Following shortly behind the new PS3 Firmware 3.70 update, today Sony has also released PSP System Software Firmware update version 6.60 for the PlayStation Portable and PSPgo consoles.

Sony's Network Entertainment VP Eric Lempel has stated that this is indeed a minor PSP system software update.

As always, those utilizing any of the the recent PSP downgraders and hacks will want to avoid updating your console if you wish to run PSP homebrew on it as the recent PlayStation Portable exploits are likely patched.

102w ago - Today Sony PlayStation Store Director Grace Chen has announced news of their final PSP and PSPgo digital comics update.

To quote: Here are the the latest new comics for the PSP. This week will be the final update for digital comics on the PSP.

The Digital Comics Team will continue to work on bringing the comic service to other Sony devices. We'll make sure to keep you updated with any future developments right here.
