34w ago - Today butnut with the help of jjkkyu has shared a PSP Launcher Mod which allows PlayStation 3 users to launch any PSP games in 3D on your CFW PS3 console... if you have a 3D HDTV you can now play your PSP in 3D!

Update: From jjkkyu: I create the new pair pkg, now you can install both on your xmb, and the psp icon will only link to the remaster one. There are two builds one with and one without AD-HOC enabled.

Video: Split/Second PSP Arrives, New Features & Launch Trailer

198w ago - Disney Interactive Studios London Producer Jason Ried has announced that Split/Second PSP arrives this week with new features and a fresh launch trailer!

To quote: Greetings, and welcome to the next exciting installment of Split/Second. I'm happy to say we've managed to cram all of what made Split/Second great onto the PSP.

At Disney Interactive Studios, we're really proud of what Black Rock Studio created and were excited to see what Sumo Digital could add to the PSP version.

As Split/Second was a visual treat, we knew that we couldn't compromise for both the size of the power plays and sheer on-screen excitement. We set out to create a spectacular-looking PSP game and I hope that everyone will agree that this is one of the best-looking racing games on the PSP.





Another vital ingredient was to make sure that the handling and controls suited the PSP. Sumo are very experienced with years of racing experience and so set about creating a new driving model from scratch. The end result should be a fun, quick and skillful driving system that rewards users who push the cars to the max.

To add something completely new to the game we then added four all new Challenge modes which test the drivers in completely different...

I'm back with two videos for you. First is the ModNation Racers launch trailer that shows what we feel is the core of the game: Racing and Creating wherever you are.

Second, I'm happy to give you the final installment of our behind-the-scenes look at ModNation Racers PSP. It was a crazy year, and in this video you can see it all come together as we get ready to ship for our May 25th shelf date.

As you saw in the last video, we have some of the best programmers and artists in the industry and in this follow-up you can see how the entire team comes together, whether at 10am or 4am, to ship a killer game. Working side by side with us is our QA group.





You met several testers and management in the last vid, and here you will see how integral this talented, dedicated group is.
