Sony Reveals Mass Effect 2, Mirror's Edge, More Coming to PS Now

6w ago - Sony PS Now Director of Marketing Peter Jamshidi revealed today that Mass Effect 2, Mirror's Edge and more are coming to PlayStation Now.

To quote: I'm pleased to announce a partnership with EA to bring their games to PlayStation Now, including some of their biggest hits like [Register or Login to view links], Mirror's Edge, and [Register or Login to view links].

Starting December 2nd, you'll be able to stream the following games from EA through PS Now. Each of these games can be rented for a week for about $1 / day, though you'll be able to select from a variety of options depending on how long you'd like to rent the game.

• Mirror's Edge
• Mass Effect 2
• Dead Space 3
• NBA Jam On Fire Edition
• Bejeweled 3

Sony Goes Hands on With PlayStation Now Game Streaming

50w ago - Following up on the initial CES 2014 announcement, today Sony Social Media Manager Sid Shuman has gone hands on with PlayStation Now Game Streaming for those interested!

To quote: It works! That's the biggest compliment you could pay the newly revealed PlayStation Now game streaming service formally unveiled at CES 2014.

Set to roll out this summer on PS3 and PS4 - followed by PS Vita and an array of internet connected devices such as 2014 BRAVIA TVs - PS Now will enable users to stream a library of PS3 titles in real time over the internet.

50w ago - Sony Social Media Manager Sid Shuman announced that PlayStation Now, a streaming game service, is coming this summer to PlayStation fans.

To quote: Today, at CES 2014 in Las Vegas, we announced that [Register or Login to view links] (PS Now), our new streaming game service, will be available in the US this summer. With PlayStation Now, you will be able to stream popular hits and classic games from the PS3 library, first on PS4 and PS3 systems, followed by PS Vita.

In addition to PlayStation platforms, most 2014 US models of Sony's BRAVIA TV lineup will support PS Now. Eventually the service will expand beyond PlayStation platforms and Sony devices, allowing you to stream PlayStation games across a broad range of Internet-connected devices.

Leveraging Gaikai's advanced cloud-based technology, PlayStation Now will allow you to:

• Play video games instantly across multiple devices, similar to the way you might stream TV, movies, and music.
• Stream full games to all of your compatible PlayStation devices including PS4, PS3, and PlayStation Vita as well as non-PlayStation devices, beginning with 2014 BRAVIA TV models and expanding to numerous other Internet-connected devices.
