previously, today Sony has once again
updated their PSN Terms of Service, User Agreement and Privacy Policy to now include a marketing opt-in among the changes.
The full PlayStation Network TOS Version 11 revision can be found below, and to quote from
Examiner.com on the changes outlined via e-mail:
"Amendments are made to the Account Registration (warning parents of possible objectionable content), Video Content (mentioning the right to not refund customers based on external variables that may affect the video streaming service) and Subscriptions (discussing the auto renewal process and how to turn it off) sections. The Privacy Policy goes into effect on August 11th. You must agree to these changes if you want to continue using the PlayStation Network service.
