We touched upon this in our previous article, and now comes more details on a PSGroove PS3 exploit port for BlackcatUSB devices alongside a few videos of it in action.

Courtesy of chesteruhi comes the necessary PSGroove BlackCatUSB hex code which he has confirmed as working with BlackcatUSB Flash Memory Programmers.

143w ago - The day simply wouldn't be complete without some new PS JailBreak videos, and today ModchipCentral has shared a few fresh footage which spotlights PS JailBreak with Mafia II and Ratchet and Clank on the PS3 entertainment system.

Both PlayStation 3 titles have been confirmed as working with the PS JailBreak PS3 USB modchip.

144w ago - Previously we shared Spanish, French, and English PS JailBreak PS3 Reviews, and today we have a few videos from Dutch site DynaModz (linked above) testing the PSJailBreak USB modchip on their PlayStation 3 console.

Below are the videos and their feedback on the new PS JailBreak PS3 modchip, to quote roughly translated:

"The sample has arrived in a beautiful gift box with a USB stick, unfortunately no manual (they will be forgotten).

The features we are most striking and important are this product:

• The PS JailBreak works with every PlayStation 3 model on the market (FAT or SLIM).
• Backups of games, both on the internal HDD and external HDD made and loaded.
• Works with all existing PS3 games.
• Supports homebrew.
• Supports the PlayStation 3 in all regions (USA, JAP, PAL and KOREA).
• Upgradeable via PC and support for any more options.

Importantly, to our knowledge the PS Jailbreak only works on a PlayStation 3 with firmware 3.41. We do not know if the PS are Jailbreak will work after a firmware update for the PlayStation 3.

144w ago - This weekend another PS JailBreak HD video has arrived from modsupplier via YouTube, which spotlights PS JailBreak PS3 gameplay footage and loading speeds.

To quote from the video's caption: "In this video we demonstrate the speed of your original games loading from the internal HDD using the PS Jailbreak and the backup manager software, the video shows loading up a game already saved on your hard drive, the speed that it loads and then some gameplay footage.

Then we show how to exit a game and select the next one you wish to play, we then also show some in game footage of the second game and once again how to drop back to the main menu when finished."
