4w ago - Today PlayStation 4 homebrew developer Red-EyeX32 has made available a PlayStation 4 Trophy (PS4 .TRP File) Extractor similar to the previous PS3 and PS Vita tools from Red Squirrel with details below.

Download: Red-EyeX32_-_Playstation_4_Trophy_Extractor.rar

To quote: Sup guys, Just a little thing I had been working on for quite some time now. This here will let you extract Playstation 4 .trp files and extract the files in the container. There are mostly .png and .esfm files inside the container. All the .esfm files are encrypted from what I have seen which needs more further investigation.

I have been working with intelligent people trying to get these files decrypted. From what I have heard .esfm files are encrypted .xml files just like how PS3's trophy files were. Anyways here's a pic of the tool.

Thanks to Jakes625 for being helpful

Finally, from Wololo: TRP files are a fairly simple container with a header describing the content of the files (similar to a tar file or an uncompressed zip). The tool is a straightforward GUI that runs a command line application which is in charge of the unpacking process.

Video: CounterSpy PS4 is Coming to PlayStation 4 This Summer

50°
5w ago - Dynamighty Lead Designer David Nottingham posted up a video trailer today announcing that CounterSpy PS4 is coming to PlayStation 4 this Summer!

Below are the details, to quote: Hello friends. Things have been quiet on the home front here at Dynamighty in the last few months. The truth is we've been quietly working hard to make CounterSpy as awesome as it can be. In the world of espionage, this is known as being Deep Undercover.

Well, all our diabolical plans are finally falling into place, and we have some exciting news to share. When we partnered with PlayStation, PS4 was but a fantastical dream of uber console heaven somewhere off in the future. We originally announced that CounterSpy was coming to PS3 and PS Vita.

Since the PS4 launch, we've had a steady stream of requests from people as to when or if we would be releasing on PlayStation's new hardware. We're thrilled to declassify this information and officially confirm that, yes, CounterSpy WILL be launching on PS4 this Summer.

We've been eagerly working with PS4 now. I think the extra power of the system is going to open up some really nice possibilities for us. At the same time, we remain committed to PS3 and PS Vita (the game is looking great on both those platforms).

700°
20w ago - Today some PS4 Jailbreak Files were posted in a Pastebin by Reck entitled PS4 Jailbreaking (with OrbisOS 0day), with details below to quote:

I have been away for a while, so my question to you is; did you miss me? I am aware that ya'll were all thirsty for a cup of a fine Reckz0r release, so here I am... with a fine fckin' glass of a RECKZ0R release, yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! (did that sound sarcastic?)

Before I get off started ridiculing Sony, I'd like to pay homage to Sir George Hotz, who looked into the eyes of Sony and made them ejaculate as they bowed down in fear. Very artistic of you, Geohotz.

Now that, George Hotz has resigned from engaging in all types of sexualactivities with an computer, and as all fans of PlayStation are crying for the comeback of GeoHotz.....
