206w ago - SCEE Blog Manager James Gallagher has shared a fresh PlayStation Move PS3 motion controller tech demo video today.

To quote: While some of you already have the new PlayStation Move motion controller in your hands and others are just hours away, it seems a good time to post this tech demo from Move's inventor, Dr Richard Marks.

I particularly like the sculpting part and I really hope this makes it's way into a game one day as a weapon customisation tool.

I hope you're enjoying Move so far, those of you that have your hands on it.

In case you missed it, here's a video interview I shot with Richard when he visited London a couple of months ago.

211w ago - It wouldn't be fair to only show off girls demoing the Nintendo Wii, so today courtesy of PlayStationTaiwan via YouTube we have a video spotlighting Taiwanese girls demoing Kung Fu Rider on Sony's upcoming PlayStation Move PS3 Motion Controller.

For those curious, Kung Fu Rider (previously known as Slider) is an upcoming 2010 action video game for the PlayStation 3 developed by Japan Studio and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for use with the new PlayStation Move controller.

Players take the role of Tobio or Karin in the game, Tobio is a typical white-collar office worker while Karin is his secretary who has to escape from the Yakuza in Tokyo.

Players have to utilize the Move controller to navigate through the crowded streets of Hong Kong, HKSAR on a sliding office chair. Players can move the controller up and down to increase speed while tilting it left and right would turn the chair while tapping the Move button would cause the character to spin and kick items out of the way.

Players can cruise through the streets hopping over cars, juke left, right and pick up money along the way which act as points in the game and sliding through onscreen ticket outlines which will boost the game's meter which can trigger a burst of speed by jabbing at the PlayStation Eye.

214w ago - For those who'd like to see how the development of Sony's PlayStation Move PS3 motion controller has progressed since E3 2010, today DualShockers (linked above) have shared a fresh tech demo from SCEA's recent NYC media event.

To quote: "Yesterday we were fortunate enough to hang out with our buddy Anton Mikailov from SCEA at Sony's Holiday media preview event in NYC.

We caught up with Anton and the PS Move a while back, and although he had some cool stuff to show us last time around, this time I was absolutely floored.

Anton showcased some never before seen PS Move tech demos; the same demos that are being shown to 3rd party developers and publishers in order to showcase what the PS Move is all about.

The first demo in the clip, is one you may have seen but just wait until you see the "chameleon" and "Rts" demos. Just think about all of the potential. Amazing is the only way to describe it."
