ABC News reports that a Houston man has been arrested after using the PS3 to persuade an 11 year old girl to send him pictures of herself nude.

"People don't realize how the PlayStation is like a regular computer," said Eric Devlin, the Harris County, Texas, prosecutor who has been leading the case.

Just a few days ago, prosecuters had their say, and today the Pirate Bay court trial is over with a verdict is due on April 17th.

Apparently things are looking good for the Bay as they presented that they were merely a search engine, and as such did not host any copyrighted files.
