110w ago - I received my E3 Flasher a couple of hours ago from LighTake.com and here is my review.
The E3 flasher comes in a nice big box, it's actually bigger than I expected it to be and it contains 3 inner boxes.
The first box contains all the important stuff like the Nor flasher, main board and the cover board which connects to the pins on the main board.
The second box contains all the accessories and cables like the Esata USB cable which is not used with the E3 flasher at all and is probably for use with the PC or something like that it also contains the Esata cable which is used with the E3 flasher and the power adapter which didn't fit in my power socket because it wasn't the right shape (different region), so I had to go of and buy a power adapter converter thing so the Esata station will work.
For the accessories they included a power switch for PS3 slim users and a metal case for the main board to sit in where the HDD usually sits but a screw driver wasn't included like they mentioned.
The third box contains the Esata station and it is the biggest and heaviest box out of the three.
121w ago - Today Sony President and CEO Jack Tretton has confirmed at Gamescom 2011 that the PlayStation 3 Slim will be receiving a price drop down to $249.

174w ago - Approximately nine months have passed since the PlayStation 2 was launched in Brazil, and now Sony has made the PS3 Slim 120GB console available there for around $1,130 USD each.
Believe it or not, that is actually $278 less than originally planned from Sony Style stores for the South American country, as Anderson Gracias explains via Kotaku (linked above), to quote:
"According to Anderson Gracias, division manager of Sony PlayStation Brazil, the original price was to be 2,499 Brazil Reais, or $1,408. In order to stay competitive with the Xbox 360, which sells for R $999 to R $1,599 in the country, Sony is subsidizing part of the cost.
Brazil will get the PlayStation Network in three phases, beginning in 2011 with a Portuguese translation. Then Brazilian content will be added, and finally the service will be tweaked to work with the services available in the country."
