35w ago - Teyon Producer Piotr Latocha made available a new PlayStation 3 video trailer for Rambo The Video Game below today.

To quote: Hi everyone! Nice to be speaking with you on the PS Blog! We have been working hard over the last 18-months to bring Rambo fans the best and most authentic John Rambo gaming experience to date. One of the main challenges has been to squeeze three movies worth of classic Rambo action into one PlayStation 3 game.

Our goal for Rambo The Video Game has always been to allow players to lace-up Rambo's combat boots and head-out on an action-packed journey through the iconic action-sequences and story-arcs of First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II and Rambo III.

Authenticity to the classic motion-pictures has been key throughout the development process - and we were greatly assisted by our partners at Studiocanal who spent weeks searching their extensive archives to find original on-set recordings from John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) and Col. Samuel Trautman (Richard Crenna).

These recordings provided us with pristine vocal performances from the central characters - ensuring the game will be locked and loaded with all the classic motion-picture dialogue, rage-screams and exclamations fan's expect. Rambo The Video Game also includes extracts from the classic...

To quote: It's the [Register or Login to view links] and both halls are PACKED with excited gamers dying to get their hands on a ton of fantastic games.

We started the second day at the [Register or Login to view links] booth, where fans were playing incredible titles such as Assassin's Creed III and Far Cry 3 for the first time. The title that's got everyone talking though, is Watch Dogs - check out the announcement trailer below.

Elsewhere, we found an exhibition celebrating video game art, with some amazing concepts from various contributors. Atmospheric imagery from The Last of Us, WipEout 2048 and Journey provided the backdrop in a soothing space away from the manic main halls.

201w ago - ANZ Content Services Manager Nino Kalogeropoulos has unveiled the first L.A. Noire PlayStation 3 video game trailer today for fans!

To quote: Rockstar Games today released the highly anticipated first trailer for L.A. Noire, coming to PlayStation 3 in 2011, and it looks to be an absolute 'stunner'.

Developed by Team Bondi, a new Australian based studio founded by Brendan McNamara of The Getaway, in conjunction with Rockstar Games, L.A. Noire is a dark and violent detective thriller set against the backdrop of Los Angeles in the post-war years of the late 1940s, the most corrupt and violent period in the city's history.

One look at the trailer and it becomes quickly apparent why this game has been so long in development. Movie-quality voice acting and dialogue is combined with what can only be described as some of the most realistic in-game visuals yet seen in a console game (certainly as far as character animation goes).

Based on groundbreaking performance capture technology that goes beyond traditional methods to render every subtlety and nuance of an actor's facial expressions and emotions, L.A. Noire is the first game to truly explore what it means to be a detective, offering players the opportunity to solve crimes...
