Panic is coming soon to PlayStation Mobile! After thousands of years on a poky little space rock, with no wiggle room and no games to play, Panic's Alien Slime Monster has crash-landed on Earth – and it's angry.

The monster doesn't hate humans, and it hasn't been sent here to destroy us; It's just in a really bad mood. If you don't act fast, the whole city will become a giant slime bath!

Panic! plays a bit like a labyrinth game, but with a twist: you can reshape the labyrinth. The goal of the game is to save as many civilians as possible by toppling houses and diverting flowing slime away from them. Failed to rescue one? Throw a buoy for that last-minute save.

Is the slime coming from all directions? Throw a bomb to level an entire block and create a huge barricade. There are 30 missions stretched over three worlds, and Panic! also has a survival mode that challenges you to survive as long as possible.

We really feel we have created a special game. Destroying buildings to save civilians? It hasn't been done before. An action puzzle game about an alien attack? That's pretty unique.



 

Naughty Bear Panic in Paradise Hits PSN on October 9th, 2012

94w ago - Today Behaviour Creative Director Ashley Pannell has announced that Naughty Bear Panic in Paradise will be hitting PSN on October 9, 2012.

Below are the details, to quote: October is an exciting time, the leaves are falling, Halloween is coming... and 505 games is bringing Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise to PS3! It seems an appropriate season to launch its stuffing-filled blend of stealth and machete-wielding fun to PSN.

The plot is simple - when all the other bears go on holiday to the fabled Paradise Island resort, they forget to invite Naughty Bear. This is a decision they seriously regret after he finds out about their plans and sets out to get his revenge.

Naughty Bear Panic in Paradise has been built using a fully revamped version of our internal engine. A new lighting and shadow system brings a new mood and feel to the world, and allows for a dramatically increased number of bears on screen. It has also allowed us to create much larger levels and, despite all these improvements, run at a smooth framerate.

Combat is fun, furious and downright naughty, featuring a new combo system that allows you to chain different attacks. There are five weapon classes: Fist weapons, Pointy, Slash, Bash, and Smash, all with their own attack animations.

We always loved the core concept and the cheeky protagonist, Naughty Bear. Obviously we could have completely thrown the entire concept out and started again from scratch, but there were many things that our fans liked about Naughty Bear.

Our first goal was to fix the things that we were called out on and then add new, meaningful gameplay mechanics which would make Panic in Paradise as good as it possibly could be.

With that in mind, the following list lets you take a peek inside a few of the new features and mechanics in Panic in Paradise, due on PlayStation Network this October.

Happy [Register or Login to view links] 2009! I'm Josh Miller, the US Producer of the upcoming PS3 PSN downloadable exclusive, Trash Panic.

In celebration of Earth Day 2009, I wanted to talk to you about Trash Panic and give you the low-down on what to be excited about this Spring. As I'm sure you heard, we are giving new meaning to waste management with a brand new puzzle game that combines strategy and action with well...garbage. Here, players are tasked with having to compact as much garbage into a trash can before it overflows AND in the most eco-friendly way as much as possible!

Trash Panic definitely provides a new take on gaming while making players more aware of environmentally friendly ways to dispose of waste.

Throughout each stage, random trash items will be delivered to players who will need to manipulate the speed and direction they fall using the DualShock 3 controller. The trash can will quickly reach full capacity unless the trash is broken down or dealt with by strategically using various elements given throughout each stage.

Items will continue to be dropped until the player successfully compacts a certain number...
