- Today Capcom has officially announced the details on Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles for the Wii, just a day before the Xbox 360 and PS3 release of Resident Evil 5.
It's a follow up to the Wii shooter, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles. In addition, Capcom will be re-releasing Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero exclusively on the Wii platform.

Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles's story is based on Resident Evil 2 and includes the popular characters, Leon S Kenney and Claire Redfield.
