Spelunker and Konami Spaces, Zombie Pets Hit PlayStation Home

209w ago - PlayStation Home Community Manager Locust_Star has posted up this weeks US content update today, which includes Spelunker and Konami Game Spaces, Castlevania, Zombie Pets and more!

To quote: Hot off the heels of the highly-anticipated 1.4 core client release (and a long line of massive content publishes) comes yet another PlayStation Home update jam-packed with new games to play, spaces to explore, items to collect, and special videos to watch.

This enormous update is the reason why I'm dropping in to formally invite each and every one of you to log in to PlayStation Home this Thursday, November 25th and get hands-on with all the awesome new content we have waiting for you to devour between all the voracious turkey-grubbin' and football-watchin' that is the center of a proper Thanksgiving Day celebration.

To start, our friends over at Konami are releasing a rooftop penthouse space filled to the brim with games, new items from Castlevania: Lords of Shadow (including a Laura costume as well as an upgraded Gabriel Belmont suit), DanceDance Revolution, and some secret goodies that you'll have to log in and uncover yourself. To quote: There's quite a variety of new content releasing this week! With today being Gran Turismo 5 launch day, we'll get started with some GT5 news.

In the cinema we've got a new GT5 trailer for you to drool over if you've not picked up your copy of the game yet. Better yet, you'll earn a GT5 race suit costume as a reward for watching!

Sony Invites Fans to Party with SingStar in PlayStation Home!

To quote: Have you checked out the new [Register or Login to view links] Rooms in PlayStation Home yet?

Complete with new tracks to get down to on the dance floor and loads more videos on the big screen, the SingStar Rooms have never felt so good.

While you're there, make sure you pay a visit to the SingStar Store, the new designer outlet for SingStar fans, open for business for the first time in PlayStation Home.

To celebrate the release of the two new titles SingStar Dance and SingStar Guitar on PlayStation 3, the SingStar Store is stocking some pretty special costumes.

There's Guitar Guy and Guitar Girl for those who love to rock 'n' roll, and Disco Guy and Disco Girl for people who like to get down with the beat. All these costumers will come with custom walk and dance animations.

These aren't the only new outfits we created for you... head over to the new SingStar Store to discover many more! While you're there, you can also browse through all the SingStar song packs and buy them.

Dragon's Lair, GT5 & My Chemical Romance Hit PlayStation Home

210w ago - PlayStation Home Community Manager Locust_Star has revealed today that Dragon's Lair, GT5 and My Chemical Romance are hitting PlayStation Home this week starting tomorrow.

To quote: One of this year's most anticipated games and eagerly awaited albums pair up in PlayStation Home this week for a special giveaway.

Beginning tomorrow, Thursday, November 18th, visitors to PlayStation Home's Central Plaza or Theater will be able to pick up an exclusive Gran Turismo 5 costume designed by the platinum-selling rock band, [Register or Login to view links].

The band's single "Planetary (Go!)" from the upcoming Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, is the main song in GT5's opening cinematic sequence. This special racing suit will only be available for a limited time, so be sure to log in to PlayStation Home Thursday and pick yours up while you can!

SingStar Rooms & Shopping Centre Updates Hit PlayStation Home

To quote: Announcing a revamp of SingStar Rooms and the grand opening of SingStar Store!

Celebrate the release of [Register or Login to view links] & SingStar Guitar by rocking out in designer clothing, complete with exclusive animations. There's plenty of new music, videos and craziness to be had!

For the launch of the SingStar Store you'll find five female costumes and three male costumes alongside SingStar song packs. Within the SingStar Rooms you'll find an expanded range of music playing.

Check out the GAME Moonbase this week, where GAME launch real and virtual stores in PlayStation Home. Starting tomorrow, games will be available on the moon... well sort of.

The GAME Moonbase in PlayStation Home will open it's doors to the GAME V virtual goods store selling game-based items and apparel exclusively for Home users, and The Moonbase Shop - a PlayStation Home first - offers direct sale of [Register or Login to view links] titles from The Moonbase delivered straight to your (real) door courtesy of GAME.
