123w ago - Laughing Jackal LTD Development Manager Daren Morgan has announced today that Fighting Fantasy: Talisman of Death is heading to PlayStation Minis alongside a video trailer below.
To quote: Steve Jackson & Ian Livingstone's Fighting Fantasy series of interactive Gamebooks - "The adventures in which YOU are the Hero!" - have been published in 27 countries in 23 languages and have sold over 16 million copies.
Talisman of Death, one of the best-known Fighting Fantasy adventures, is the latest minis title from Laughing Jackal. Talisman of Death has also been the most controversial title in the series, with gory passages quoted by the Evangelical Alliance in their campaign to have Fighting Fantasy books banned as unsuitable for children.
Fighting Fantasy: Talisman of Death takes you to the once peaceful world of Orb, which is now in terrible danger. Dark forces are working together to unleash the awesome might of the Evil One. Your mission is to destroy the Talisman of Death before the dark lord's minions reach you. But beware! Time is running out!
Most of us here at Laughing Jackal are massive Fighting Fantasy fans. In fact for many of us, our earliest gaming memories are sitting...
123w ago - Today Alexander Bravve at Nordcurrent has shared a video trailer and confirmed that Monochrome Racing will be speeding into PlayStation Minis tomorrow.
To quote: I'd like to talk about Monochrome Racing - a minis game that we are releasing on the 3rd of August.
Monochrome Racing is a unique racing game that takes place in a black and white world. And since the world is black and white, colour becomes the scarce resource that players compete for.
You start the race with your car completely charged; it is bright and full of colour. As you drive, the colour gradually vanishes away and in order to recharge the car, you need to drive over the coloured checkpoints. If you car turns monochrome it is knocked out. The goal of each level is to finish first and earn as much money as you can.
There are several types of power-ups randomly spread across the level. Once taken, they can increase your car's characteristics (speed for example), or can damage your opponents with bombs that leave a huge wave behind them. There is a garage where you can spend your money.
To get a better idea of what is going on in Monochrome Racing, please have a look at the game video:

To quote from the Times: "The Spanish police said Friday that they had apprehended three men suspected of computer hacking in connection with recent cyberattacks on Sony's PlayStation Network as well as corporate and government Web sites around the world.
The National Police identified the three as the local leadership of the shadowy international network of computer hackers known as Anonymous, which has claimed responsibility for a wide variety of attacks.
Anonymous is made up of people from various countries organized into cells that share common goals, the police said, with activists operating anonymously but in a coordinated fashion.
One of the three "hacktivists," a 31-year-old Spaniard, was detained in the southern city of Almeria sometime after May 18, the police said. He had a computer server in his apartment in the northern port...
