To quote: The LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack will be available later today on the PlayStation Store refresh.

Sony Details Combat Wings on PS3 with PlayStation Move Support

250°
94w ago - Today Sony Senior Social Media Specialist Sid Shuman has shared details on the upcoming PS3 title Combat Wings- complete with PlayStation Move support below!

To quote: Combat Wings: The Great Battles of WWII lands on PS3 this November with aerial combat campaigns set amidst the bloodiest air battles of World War II.

Not long ago, I tried out a pre-release version of the game under the watchful eye of Creative Director Jakub Majewski, focusing on the game's use of the PlayStation Move motion controller.

Before I grabbed the stick for a test flight, I was curious what made Majewski want to support PlayStation Move in the first place -- WWII air combat isn't exactly a genre that leaps into my mind when I ponder the potential of motion-controlled gaming.

"Move makes this game better," Majewski said with conviction. "It's a much more natural form of steering than using an analog stick and it makes a huge difference to the gameplay.

Playing a flying game with a controller can be clunky; you have to make a lot of fine movements in order to change direction and aim. PlayStation Move is great - you just point where you want to go." Based on just 30 minutes of play time, I'd have to agree.

Move proves...

Video: 4 Elements HD Hits PSN Tuesday, PlayStation Move Support

100°
95w ago - Boolat Games CEO Alexander Chigorin has confirmed today that 4 Elements HD will be hitting PSN Tuesday complete with PlayStation Move support and has shared a video trailer below.

To quote: I'm happy to share that Boolat Games has partnered with Playrix Entertainment to bring 4 Elements HD - packed with of PS3-exclusive content - to the PlayStation Store on August 30th.

Exciting news! The story takes place in a vast and ancient kingdom where evil forces have corrupted the balance between the four elements causing the altar of life to run dry. You have to unlock four ancient books of magic, collect 16 mysterious cards and restore this kingdom to life.

Here are few things you'll appreciate about 4 Elements HD. Imagine the addictive Matching gameplay where you freely draw the chains of same-colored pieces instead of just moving one piece next to another.

It feels and plays like an arcade game and it works great on PS3! We've added explosive bonuses, spectacular visual effects in full HD resolution, and intuitive controls using DualShock 3 or PlayStation Move.

Probably some of you saw or even tried the original game, but 4 Elements HD is...

Video: Save the World! PlayStation Move Party Game Trailer

50°
95w ago - Sony European Product Manager Erica Doddato has shared a video trailer today for the PlayStation Move party game Start the Party's sequel dubbed Save the World!

To quote: Following on from the 2010 Move-exclusive smash-hit Start The Party! comes a heroic sequel that will turn every party into a race to save the world.

Packed with over 20 fun filled mini-games, Start The Party! Save the World! puts you, your friends and family into the heart of the action and on the screen.

The evil Dr Terrible has gone berserk and is trying to destroy the world - use your PlayStation Move to stop him!

See how with the trailer below:

Get your face in the game and interact with some wacky objects that will appear straight into your living room: save stranded divers, defuse bombs before they explode, splat shoals of mutant piranhas, do battle with dinosaurs and zap alien invaders out of the sky.

As you can see, they are pretty dangerous missions - but no need to worry: you can always ask your friends and family to help out.

Every mini-game can be enjoyed in two types of multi-player mode: pass the controller to get your friends into the action or use both a motion controller...
