39w ago - Creat Studios VP of Publishing Scott Hyman has announced that Psych Yourself hits PSN today with details below.
To quote: It's been a busy PlayStation Network winter here at Creat Studios. We launched Labyrinth Legends in December, followed by Germinator on PS3 for Europe in February. Just last week, we released Germinator on PS3 in North America, and presented a Cross-Save version as our first PlayStation Vita game.
But we're not finished. Psych Yourself, the follow-up to the 2011 PlayStation Network best-seller, Test Yourself: Psychology launches on PS3 today in North America for $6.99.
Test Yourself tested and trained your innate abilities such as Intelligence, Attention Span, Reaction Times and Memory. Psych Yourself goes to the next level and delves into your inner-most psyche to help you discover what kind of person you really are:
Perception: How you perceive the world and events around you.
Creativity: Your ability to form original, independent thoughts and to conduct lateral thinking.
Emotional IQ: How well you can determine the feelings of others as expressed through facial expressions, body language and voice intonation.
All three categories feature a Daily Test to give you an in-depth, professional evaluation of your performance....
39w ago - Trion Worlds Director of Community Elizabeth Tobey has detailed the weapons of Defiance today alongside a video trailer, which will arrive on PlayStation 3 this April 2nd.
To quote: Defiance, an upcoming massive third person online shooter (set to come to PS3 on April 2nd) has thousands of different weapons that will titillate shooter players no matter their play style. Whether you prefer to snipe from a hilltop or, like myself, run full speed whilst rapidly firing a modified shotgun in the faces of your foes, we have a weapon that will work for you.
Moreover, Defiance has a system that allows you not only to collect new weapons as loot as you traverse the San Francisco Bay area, but has a system that allows you to salvage them such that you can choose particular pieces to trick out a different weapon. Gone are the days when you find an amazing scope on a less powerful gun: the salvage matrix now has your back.
Today we released a trailer detailing some of our more inventive weapon selections. We highlight the Infector (not only does damage but grows boils on your enemies that erupt with monsters that can then wreak havoc on other enemies), the Bio Magnetic Gun (does damage to bad guys, heals the shield of good guys), the Rocket Launcher (come on, who doesn't love those), and the Detonator...

Below are the details, to quote: Hey everyone, this is Chris Cutliff from San Diego Studios. It's my favorite time of year - MLB 13 The Show releases today for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
The Show has rated as the best among sports videogame franchises for the past four years. With the numerous improvements we've made in MLB 13, we are confident this is the best MLB product we've ever shipped.
From the heightened emotion and intensity of October baseball in the all-new Postseason Mode, to an improved way for newcomers to The Show to learn on the fly with Beginner mode, there is something in The Show for everybody.
For those who pick up both the PS3 and Vita versions, we've further enhanced the cross-platform connectivity. In addition to being able to save your season on one device and continuing it on the other, you can also now play HR Derby online against competitors on either device using cross-play functionality.
Before I go, I wanted to show you two of our TV spots for The Show that we are really proud of. We've focused on how PlayStation and MLB 13 The Show give you the opportunity to create your...

41w ago - Atlus Editor Nich Maragos has announced that Persona 2: Eternal Punishment hits PSN tomorrow.
Below are the details, to quote: If you're a die-hard Persona fan, there's a good chance you have every game in the series- Persona, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, Persona 3 Portable, and the recent Persona 4 Golden- playable on PS Vita... except one. Persona 2 was split into two games - Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment - the former of which came out on PSP in 2011 and the latter having had no American release.
There's good news and bad news about that. The bad news is that unusual circumstances have prevented us from localizing Eternal Punishment PSP the way we'd have liked to, but the good news is that you can still find out how the story of Tatsuya...
