160w ago - Update: As confirmed by many users now (including DJLO who posted the pictures below), along with stopping PSN gamesharing Sony has blocked PlayStation Network access for PS3 Debug (8002A212 Error) and PS3 JailBreak users who now are asked to update their console through a message prompt.
Just over a month ago PS3 JailBreak users had a PSN ban wave scare, and today a new PAN/Europe TOS update may indicate that Sony is finally planning to begin banning JailBroken PS3 consoles on PlayStation Network.
161w ago - A few days back we reported on the PlayStation Home Client Update version 1.4 patch notes, which arrives on November 11, and today PlayStationLifeStyle.net (linked above) has made available some leaked PlayStation Home screenshots that indicate a new PDA System, Status Updates and pets for Sony's virtual world are incoming.
While there is no confirmation yet if these changes will be included in the 1.4 update or shortly thereafter, based on the pictures they are definitely coming soon.
To quote: "Locust_Star confirmed that the Home wardrobe system would be experiencing a significant overhaul, and it appears that part of that overhaul will mean simpler, faster interface options through the PDA, much like the new start-up screen that users are used to.
Next we notice that users will now have the ability to select a status for their avatar, making it easier to let others know that you don't want to be bothered, or that you want to get a game going; this may even grant users the ability to change facial expressions, which many have been asking...
162w ago - Pelfast Producer John Bates has announced today that new Comet Crash DLC is incoming on PlayStation Network.
To quote: Our debut title, Comet Crash turned the tower defense genre on its head with completely new and exciting gameplay and we're hard at working wrapping up a massive expansion, titled Comet Crash: Bionic Swarm. For those unfamiliar with the original Comet Crash, here's a quick rundown.
Tower defense fans appreciate the simple yet addictive experience of building towers to defend from enemy waves. On the other hand, we at Pelfast love the thrill of a massive offensive rush to demolish an enemy base.
We designed Comet Crash with both of these elements in mind. Finally, you can send massive swarms of your own troops to wreak havoc on the relentless waves of enemies.
Since your last mission at the end of Comet Crash, you have enjoyed peaceful times. But while you have been delighting in the fruits of your latest victory, underground enemy forces have been frantically working to rebuild their defenses. Their technology has expanded and once again they are ready to fight.
Welcome to comets Gaia and Kronos. The swarms are massive and the creatures have morphed into gargantuan monsters. Life is a bit more chaotic...

To quote: Last weekend, we held our first Anniversary Event to celebrate one year since the release of UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves, and I think we'd be understating things to say it was anything but a rousing success!
All of us at Naughty Dog wanted to thank everyone (again) who went online to participate in our Anniversary Event - getting the Anniversary Drake skin, along with mega-cash, in return - and made it such a special day for the Dogs to spend with our fan community.
We pulled a few amazing stats from the Anniversary Event we thought you'd like to know:
• We recorded over 2.5 man years of game time in a period of just 24 hours(1 game that lasts 20 minutes = 20 minutes, regardless of how many players in the game)
• Those 2.5 years came from 1,079,850 player games (10 players in a game = 10 player games)
• We also saw 12,376,755 kills during...

To quote: On Thursday, October 21st, Lord Pumpkinhead (aka "the Demon Gourd from Hell") will appear In the middle of PlayStation Home's Central Plaza, his gigantic glowing face sneering like an intolerant king at his unworthy subjects, rotating so that all can bear witness to his glorious image.
As an offering to your pumpkin overlord, you and your friends must toss coins into his mouth as it rotates past. Make a proper offering, and the exalted one will reward you as one of his followers. Fail in your tithing efforts, and you will anger the ever-powerful Lord Pumpkinhead, hindering your chances of entering the Demon Gourd's fold.
Legend has it that Lord Pumpkinhead has additional rewards for his most loyal subjects. Can you ascend to the ranks of his chosen few?
