16w ago - Sony Social Media Manager Sid Shuman has shared a video today recapping the PS4 / PlayStation 4 announcement featuring some of PlayStation's Top Game Creators below today.
To quote: One week ago, PlayStation 4 was announced in New York City in a presentation streamed by more than 12 million gamers.
We met the new DualShock 4 controller, soaked up some impressive hardware specs and services, and watched a barrage of upcoming PS4 games, from inFAMOUS: Second Son to Bungie's new title Destiny.
During the presentation, Lead System Architect Mark Cerny remarked that the PS4 was made "by game creators, for game creators."
To test that theory, we met with two of PlayStation's top game creators, SCE World Wide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida and SCEA World Wide Studios Senior Vice President Scott Rohde, to see which of PS4′s new features has them most inspired.
17w ago - Following up on his previous revision, this weekend PlayStation 3 developer Estwald has updated the PS3 backup game manager known as Iris Manager to version 2.15 with the changes outlined below.
Fixed problem of authentication in PS3 discs when copying: if a problem occurs, the disc is ejected and auto load again, but has added a check for that to happen as little as possible or simply not happen.
Added SQUARE button to eject / load disk.
Now the disc into the tray stops after two minutes of inactivity approximate
Added L3/R3 to change category of games. Terminated L2/R2 buttons
Added syscall and jjolano libnet with FTP v2.3 (there is a version 3.0 with improvements, but I do not have the source code. The 2.3 is the one on github)
Added new system font with Japanese characters (and Western) to display the title...
