To quote: Since I'm a physic, I developed a linux tool to do some experiments to reproduce a seismographer. so today I decided to try to write something similar to my university tool.

This is a simple Seismograph for PS3.. it uses all the axis of the first controller.

It uses 1920x1080 resolution, so I don't know if it will ever work on SD TV.

Anyway i hope this can show how people can use PSL1GHT SDK.

(This software was written with NoRSX)

Video: Sony Putting the Finishing Touches on Starhawk for PS3

300°
135w ago - Sony Senior Producer Harvard Bonin has shared a video today of the finishing touches being put on Starhawk for PS3 below.

To quote: Recently, the PlayStation.Blog paid a visit to our good friends and partner LightBox Interactive in Austin, Texas during SXSW.

While there, we unlocked the vault and loosened the chains on Mr. Dylan Jobe, LightBox President and CEO. That can be a very dangerous prospect as we never know what we're going to get, it's also fun to hear about all the details on the Starhawk front, including how the public beta affected the game's development. The teams at LightBox and Santa Monica are working incredibly hard to make sure the Starhawk experience is everything the fans deserve.

To give you some insight into that process, Dylan has some thoughts about "crunch time," fans, and game-typy stuff. Starhawk is headed in for a landing and this is a cool look into the mind of a developer at the peak of his game. Check it out!

PS. While you're at it, check out this blast-from-the-past [Register or Login to view links] about the team.

PPS. If you want to see trendy, big eared, creased-shirt-wearing Bulgarian Boxers......

To quote: For all the people who had problems with the login function this release should fix it.

Good evening, everyone! Proudly I present you my newest application "PSN Infinity v2".

Since in most news posts my co-coder genius iQD is forgotten, I have to mention him for his great help on this application here once again.

This version is released as public beta. Completing the app and including all functions I want it to have will take several weeks but the main function aka browsing the PSN stores is already working.

This is the first time I force a donation alert in an app, but necessary as this program is a very huge and time consuming project.

So if you like this beta, please donate a small amount to give me some more time to work...

135w ago - Sony Senior Social Media Specialist Rey Gutierrez is here with the new PS3, PS Vita and PSN releases for the upcoming week today, as follows:

For gamers of my generation, Silent Hill 2 for PS2 stands as a giant in the survival-horror genre. Sadly, I completely missed out on the Silent Hill phenomenon.

But thanks to the advancements of modern PS3 and PSN technology, I can now experience both Silent Hill 2 and 3 in glorious HD this week with the release of the Silent Hill HD Collection.

And speaking of classics, Ninja Gaiden 3 joins the fray this week with a new story, PlayStation Move-enhanced gameplay and new multiplayer modes. Shooter fans should take note of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, which delivers a third-person team-based action set within the dark and sinister Resident Evil universe. Enjoy this week's The Drop.

PlayStation 3

Ninja Gaiden III (PS Move Compatible) - Team Ninja aims to change the way fans think about ninja and Hayabusa in this game, and promise that they'll know what it feels like to "cut someone down" through their experiences in the game.

The game will also feature online multiplayer, both co-op and competitive, that will add a completely new experience to Ninja Gaiden. A new Play Style system...
