67w ago - Grip Games CEO Jakub Mikyska shared an Atomic Ninjas Survival Guide video today for PS3 and PS Vita with details below.

To quote: Hi everybody! This is Jakub, from [Register or Login to view links]. Because the launch of our newest game, Atomic Ninjas, is getting closer, we've created a Survival Guide for you, which will help you get ready for the merciless world we've created.

Those of you who already heard about Atomic Ninjas know that it's quite different from other seemingly similar games... and the rest of you are going to find out from the new trailer below. Atomic Ninjas is a hilarious, fast-paced, 2.5D multiplayer platformer where you cannot directly kill other players.

Instead, you have to push them into various deathtraps, hazards, pitfalls and other general risks to public safety, which we've placed all around the game's seven arenas for your killing pleasure.

This first survival guide trailer gives you three simple rules that will help you become a successful Atomic Ninja.

Rule number one says that you have to be smart and use all the little playthings in the arenas. Traps, moving platforms, air vents, hiding spots... nothing is too malicious in this...

Video: Do Not Fall Out PSN Arrives on PlayStation Network Tomorrow

70w ago - Lead Creative Farl Lee at XPEC Entertainment Inc made available a video today spotlighting Do Not Fall Out PSN, which arrives to fans on PlayStation Network tomorrow.

Below are the details, to quote: Have you ever thought: "What if the floor disappeared after you stepped on it?" Perhaps you have seen this idea in a game before. What if whole levels were built around that? That's the starting point for our new game, Do Not Fall.

Starting a title from scratch, creating a gameplay mechanic, story, art direction and a brand new IP was definitely not an easy task. Actually, it was challenging, but exciting at the same time.

Originally, we wanted to create a game that allows four players to play together. A disappearing floor is a common gameplay design in action platform games, but what would it be like with four people playing together at the same time? We could already imagine the fun and laughter when picturing friends trying to push each other off the floor or set each other up while looking out for themselves.

Besides this core idea, we thought about adding different objectives in the game, which later on became different multiplayer modes. In soccer mode, for example, players compete to kick...

Video: First Grand Theft Auto V PlayStation 3 Gameplay Arrives

400°
72w ago - Today RockStar shared a glimpse of the first Grand Theft Auto V PlayStation 3 gameplay in a trailer video below.

To quote: Los Santos: a sprawling sun-soaked metropolis full of self-help gurus, starlets and fading celebrities, once the envy of the Western world, now struggling to stay afloat in an era of economic uncertainty and cheap reality TV.

Amidst the turmoil, three very different criminals plot their own chances of survival and success: Franklin, a street hustler looking for real opportunities and serious money; Michael, a professional ex-con whose retirement is a lot less rosy than he hoped it would be; and Trevor, a violent maniac driven by the chance of a cheap high and the next big score. Running out of options, the crew risks everything in a series of daring and dangerous heists that could set them up for life.

The biggest, most dynamic and most diverse open world ever created, Grand Theft Auto V blends storytelling and gameplay in new ways as players repeatedly jump in and out of the lives of the game's three lead characters, playing all sides of the game's interwoven story.

All the classic hallmarks of the groundbreaking series return, including incredible attention to detail and...

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dream Arrives on PSN This Month

100°
77w ago - Black Forest Games Community Manager Dietrich Limper announced that Giana Sisters: Twisted Dream arrives on PSN this month.

Below are the details, to quote: Hello everybody! The screenshot you can see above is from Giana Sisters: Twisted Dream, coming to PlayStation 3 later this month.

It was developed here at our relatively new development studio Black Forest Games. It was also completed with the help of Kickstarter backers, who donated enough money to finish the project. Black Forest Games was the first German independent developer who managed to successfully run such a campaign!

Now you might say, "[Register or Login to view links]? Never heard of that company!" No problem! Let me introduce you to our fine little organization.

Once upon a time there was a game studio called Spellbound Entertainment who created successful titles like Desperados, Airline Tycoon and Robin Hood - just to name a few.

Unfortunately the company went under in 2011 and had to close its doors - a rather sad end of an era. After the dust settled, the core Spellbound team gathered strength and founded Black Forest Games, bringing with them as many team members as they could.

They opened the office doors again in 2012 in the small town...

To quote: Wow. It's out! It's been over nine months since we announced it and we've been pushing hard to make GRID 2 the best game possible and deliver a worthy sequel. We're ecstatic to see games shipping to stores and we can't wait to hear what you guys think.

There's a lot of asphalt waiting for you on the disc - the streets of Dubai and Paris, sweeping open roads on the California Coast, tight and twisty ribbons on mountains in Japan, and apexes to nail on circuits like Brands Hatch, Red Bull Ring and the Algarve International Circuit.

As you work your way from rookie to global superstar in World Series Racing with ESPN charting your rise, you take in 14 different locations with 80 different routes set across three continents. It is, indeed, a new world of racing.

Of course, you'll be wanting a car. Or in fact many cars. And our car list is carefully chosen. There are no lame ducks or basic models here; instead we give you only the finest examples of automotive engineering from the last four decades.

There's a huge variation in style - but one...
