Sexy New LEGO Indiana Jones Gameplay

50°
342w ago - I can't friggin wait for this game to come out. Seriously. Tristan and I have actually been watching through the trilogy to prepare for the game, not the movie.

LEGO Star Wars is one of the only games that the two of us played through all the way (three times, including once on the DS).

I sure hope they don't tinker with the formula... and they add more multiplayer options. Video can be seen here. Enjoy!

Enjoy!

X-Play Premiere: Metal Gear Solid 4 Gameplay video!

200°
343w ago - G4TV's X-Play just aired a short Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots gameplay segment on television, showcasing around two and half minutes of never before seen footage.

It won't make the wait till June 12 any more bearable, but it's definitely worth a watch. So what are you waiting for?

Check out the video below!

CNN goes MENTAL over GTA IV

550°
343w ago - And so it begins: CNN reporter Glenn Beck has gone proper off on one, warning parents on television of the new 'murder celebrator' Grand Theft Auto IV, which he says is "training our kids to be killers". Ban this sick filth!

"Whatever happened to Pong?!" asks a furious Beck, going into a frenzied rant we thought only existed in GTA's own media-mocking radio shows.

"Here's what you need to know tonight; in Grand Theft Auto your son, husband or boyfriend can hire a prostitute, have sex with her and then beat her to death with a baseball bat.

"When a police officer comes after him, he can either light that police officer on fire or cut him in half with a chainsaw. This is entertainment?!"

The CNN presenter continues: "We are training our kids to be killers and we are training our sons to treat women like whores."

Brilliant ideas there from Glenn, but unfortunately as far as we know there's no chainsaw or flamethrower in GTA IV. We dare not suggest he hasn't played it, though...

World in Conflict: Soviet Assault video blends multiple genres

50°
343w ago - It's not every day you hear a game being touted as "genre-defining" ... it seems our "sarcasm keyboards" aren't quite working. Sure, we hear it all the time, but World in Conflict: Soviet Assault has an interesting mix of genre to get our attention, as well as Joystiq's.

Calling itself an "Action-Strategy" game, it eliminates the need to build bases or collect resources -- you've mainly got to deal with fast-paced action and split second strategies.

Imagine, if you will, an alternate Cold War where you're forced to battle the Soviets. The game boasts completely destructible environments and competitive online play (head-to-head and team-based) along with a hefty single-player campaign (from both the US and Soviet angles).

In online play, you get your choice of a specialty: Infantry, Armor, Support, or Air. You'll get tweaked controls for console owners, offering more streamlined interfaces. In addition, a fully 3D camera lets you sweep around the world in any way you want as opposed to the typical isometric camera options.
