266w ago - Earliery today Namco Bandai announced DLC for Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm.
Now, IGN has made available a video review of it as follows:
Ultimate Ninja Storm is a, as I like to call it, "casual" fighting game that follows the first plot arcs of the anime series and gives players the chance to fight classic Naruto battles, play mini-games and roam the quaint streets of the Hidden Leaf Village.
The most obvious thing you'll notice about Ultimate Ninja Storm is the game's phenomenal visuals. While the environments are on the simpler side, the character animations are unreal.
The fluidity, attention to detail and even camera angles are executed with such expertise and palpable, Naruto-passion that you can't help but fall in love with how the characters move and fight. I would almost go so far as to say that the characters' Ultimate Jutsu techniques are worth the price of admission, but luckily the entire package is fun, too.
Ultimate Ninja Storm is generally broken up into two modes: Ultimate Mission Mode and Free Battle Mode. Unless you're just playing against a friend, you'll be spending most of your time in Ultimate Mission Mode....

266w ago - Community Team Leader Elixor of the official PlayStation European boards has announced the following today:
The topic of this discussion is to make a classification Community trophies. As yet there is no automatic system I propose that we simply do this manually in our own way.
2. How does it work?
Each time you win a trophy we will update your score so you can climb up the ranking, the more you have more trophies you will be at the top of the ranking. More important are your trophies and more they are worth many points.
The battle will be very hard for the top places, courage!
3. How to participate?
It's easy, simply add to your list of friend online ID Trophees_01 and wait for our response added. Once you enter added in the list.
If the account is full Trophees_01 simply add Trophees_02, then Trophees_03 and so on.
4. How to update my score?
Again it is simple, once you are entered in the ranking you want to update your points whenever possible, even when you win a trophy.
So to update your score you can simply post a reply in this discussion by stating:
The account on which you are registered, for example Trophees_01,...
266w ago - While my experience with the XBox 360 version of Bethesda's Fallout 3 was rather pleasant, PlayStation 3 owners don't seem to be getting on nearly as well.
Complaints of choppy frame rates and graphical glitches are peppered throughout Bethesda's forums for the game, with others complaining about random lock ups and various other issues - textures not loading, significant slowdown etc.
Two major bugs have already been addressed by Bethesda in the forums, one concerning the game freezing during the GOAT test earlier in the game, and another dealing with the game pausing whenever a PS3 notification occurs. The first issue can apparently be solved by saving and restarting, while they suggest turning off notifications in the XMB for the second.
We've contacted Bethesda regarding these issues, specifically inquiring as to the possibility of a patch to fix problem with the PS3 version.
266w ago - Red Faction: Guerilla's Associate Producer Sean Kennedy has admitted extra help was needed to bring the PlayStation 3 version up to speed with the Xbox 360 version.
Speaking to OXM, Kennedy stressed how hard Red Faction: Guerilla is pushing the current-gen technology and then says that the lack of memory on PlayStation 3 caused an additional headache.
"I mean, to be honest, we are pushing the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 to the limits," he says. "I mean, not only has it been a balancing act making destruction work with the gameplay and making it all come together in a cohesive way that's fun but it's been a balancing act getting the game to run on the systems."
One little change and you're out of memory. When it comes to PlayStation 3, there's less memory to work with. We actually ended up hiring some from Sony to help us make our PS3 version.
Fortunately, they are the same. We've been able to make sure that PC, 360 and PS3 versions are the same."
