TGS 2009: PS3 Motion Controller & Launch Titles Detailed

265w ago - Sony didn't unveil many details on the upcoming PlayStation Motion Controller at the Tokyo Game Show, however, Kaz Hirai did show off the updated design (pictured below) for the controller.

Additionally, Sony revealed that Biohazard 5: Alternative Edition will support the new Motion Controllers and is due out in Spring 2010.

LittleBigPlanet will also be updated with motion controls, providing a Super Mario Galaxy style second controller option, as well as (hopefully) speeding up the level creation process.

Big Titles Are Heading to Sony's PSP Console This Autumn

Below is the Autumn PlayStation Portable release list, as follows:

October 2009:

01/10: Fieldrunners (NHP English): a port directly from the iPhone, fans of Warcraft III are familiar with the principle of this game that will ask you decimate waves of enemies across a field where you positioned the elements responsible for the defense of the land. Disgaea 2 Ships Today, Other Classic PSP Titles Re-Releasing

To quote: It's been a while! I hope you guys are all doing well. Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days for PSP has been shipped to retail stores nationwide today, September 8th!

Capcom to Announce New Titles at Tokyo Game Show 2009

269w ago - The Tokyo Game Show is the biggest gaming convention in Japan. Many Japanese companies use it as an opportunity it to give the latest updates on their video games in addition to making new game announcements.

Capcom is already teasing what they will be revealing at Tokyo Game Show 2009, to quote:

"Hard at work on Tokyo Game Show plans. Several new games to be announced in Japan, lots of new content for LP2, TvC, DR2. Exciting!"

So it looks like they may be unveiling new games at the convention in addition to showing new content for Dead Rising 2, Lost Planet 2 and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.

The Tokyo Game Show 2009 will be held from September 24 to the 27.
