Video: Tomb Raider: Underworld - Thailand Final Room Glitch

100°
282w ago - A glitch in the Nintendo Wii version of Tomb Raider: Underworld near enough prevents players from actually completing the game.

The glitch can be found near the end of the Coastal Thailand level. Luckily, Eidos is aware of this and has some solutions to the game completion preventing glitch as detailed on EidosGames.com.

Below is a video of it courtesy of campstuff92 via YouTube. The video's caption reads:

This is how you do the final room in the Thailand level of Tomb Raider Underworld for Wii.

I posted this video because a lot of people seem to have a glitch where the lever that opens the underwater door is not there, and a guide to where the lever would be.

282w ago - Console modder RDC has set out to make a slot-loading Xbox 360 by modifying an iMac DVD drive. He says its now functional and has provided a video of it.

To quote: Well, I figured I'd see how far I can get on this thing and have been wanting to take a stab at it for awhile but didn't feel like trashing a perfectly good slot loader drive to see if I could.

Then I remembered I had this little gem just sitting around doing nothing at all, figured I may as well use it for something besides dumpster filler..

282w ago - Samsung showed off an impressive Flexible OLED mobile phone at this year's FPD International show.

The phone opens up to reveal a large OLED screen that folds in the middle (remnicent of a Nintendo DS when open).

Hopefully we'll see a portable gaming console with one of these screens someday soon!

Video is below, and comes courtesy of JPNtackle via YouTube.

Cheers!

Hi all, my name is Ben Mattes and I€m the producer for Ubisoft€s Prince of Persia video game.

We€re just about a week from the launch of Prince of Persia and all of us on the team are anxiously awaiting player feedback, monitoring all of the message boards and blogs we know of - we stay on top of the thoughts and questions going through the minds of the fans.

To that end we wanted to extend a special invitation to all of you readers here at the PlayStation.Blog. We know there might be things about the game you are interested in knowing more about or having explained in more detail, and we€re going to give you the chance to have those questions answered direct from the development team.

Any subject is open for discussion but of course we may not have the time to answer them all. Questions about Elika? The art style? Lessons learned during production? What sort of food we ate in the closing weeks on the project? Fire away in the comments below, and we€ll answer as many as we can in a follow-up post next week.

And, of course, pick up your copy of Prince of Persia on launch day and let us know your first and lasting impressions. There is...

The video is dubbed 'Stapler Raider' and the caption reads: Find out how to retrieve borrowed office supplies, Croft-style.

This is also a test of the MTV video embed code on our portal, hopefully it works!

Videos (should be) below, enjoy!
