This week, we help celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Resident Evil with a ton of new releases and specials around the network! Least of which is the release of Resident Evil 4 on PSN.

The modern classic has been revamped with a visual upgrade, full Trophy support, and the same harrowing gameplay that helped this title redefine action games. If you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you'll also have access to the 50% discount, day 1 for 1 week only, so don't wait!

While you're looking at new PSN releases, keep an eye out for Burnout Crash! and Cubixx HD. Burnout Crash! brings the arcade racer's attention fully focused on, well...the crashes! With the Autolog feature integrated, you'll have a blast piling up wrecks and comparing them with your friends.

On the other hand, there's Cubixx HD, the beautiful puzzle game that will have you analyzing your tactics in all 3 dimensions. Cubixx HD features 50 levels of arcade action playable in both single player and seven-player co-op.

We kick off the final week of PLAY today with the release of the highly anticipated Renegade Ops from SEGA.

In Renegade Ops you must defeat Inferno, a madman intent on global domination. Destroy enemies across a range of stunning environments using a wide variety of vehicles. Players have the choice to fight alone in single player mode, team up offline with two-player split screen or join the dynamic 4-player online co-op experience. Blast your way through enemy lines by working together, or compete for achievements as you and your friends aim to top the online leader boards.

With the release of Renegade Ops, you now have only one week left to purchase all four PLAY titles to be eligible for a free copy of PAYDAY: The Heist upon its release - make sure you purchase all the PLAY titles before 11.59pm on September 20th to receive your copy.

This week's update brings the final title of the PlayStation Network PLAY event: SEGA's Renegade Ops!

Blending frantic top-down gameplay, a crazy variety of vehicles and weapons, and lest we forget the 4 player co-op; Renegade Ops ends PSN PLAY with a bang!

As part of PSN PLAY, PlayStation Plus subscribers can snag the title for 20% off, while everyone will have free access to a Vehicle & Character DLC Pack, if the game is purchased or was pre-ordered before 9/19.

Another PSN title coming in hot is From Dust, hitting the Store today. Hi everyone - a long intro from me today, lots of housekeeping and new things to tell you about, but let's kick off with the third title in the PLAY promotion - Bloodrayne: Betrayal launches today.

The original video game femme fatale, Rayne, has returned to battle and feed in a brand new hack 'n slash adventure. Slay ghastly enemies as Rayne, the sexy dhampir with superhuman strength, speed, and agility, recruited by the vampire hunting Brimstone Society for one last mission.

The target is a lavish, yet sinister ball in a secluded castle with plenty of dark and gruesome surprises. With the help of a mysterious friend, and members of Brimstone, Rayne must infiltrate the manor, take out the fiendish horde, and stop an evil master plot once and for all.

Bloodrayne: Betrayal is available this week in all locales except for New Zealand (Majesco are finalising the OFLC rating for this title in NZ and we will be able to bring it to you next week).
