277w ago - Today Team Ninja Producer Yosuke Hayashi has shared both a challenge and a Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 - Momiji Battle video via the PlayStation Blog.

To quote: Since this is the PlayStation Blog, I'm going to refrain from comparing Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 to Ninja Gaiden II (Xbox 360).

All you really need to know is that this isn't just a port and this will be the most complete Ninja Gaiden game released to date. Team NINJA has put out five Ninja Gaiden games in five years and we are confident that this is THE one you want to play and own!

Today, I'd like provide a quick overview on our three sexy, female PLAYABLE characters: Rachel, Ayane, and Momiji.

Rachel: Strong and powerful. Signature weapon - War Hammer. New weapon - Machine Gun!

Ayane: Young, purple-haired female ninja from the Dead or Alive series. Quick. Weapons - Dual short swords and a dagger with a pinwheel carrying her signature iris.

Momiji: Heroine from Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword, who trained under Ryu. How much sexier can a female ninja get? Weapons - Naginata long sword and bow.

Each character has its own unique set of weapons, moves and ninpos. If you thought you mastered Ryu, that won't be enough in Sigma 2! There...

277w ago - News from CodeMii regarding the HomebrewBrowser, I have to say it's simply amazing how much this gets used, more people use this as their way of downloading new apps than by hand, incredible.

To quote: The Homebrew Browser turns 1 today. I have to say that it doesn't feel like it's been a year for me but you can't argue with the release dates.

Along with it comes this quick 1 year anniversary video put together showing the progression of the HBB versions.

The ending seems familiar

Hulu on PS3: This Video is Not Available on Your Platform

250°
278w ago - The PlayStation 3 has kept access to Hulu even without PlayOn or other workaround while others were blocked, with the exception of its own remote friendly desktop software, thanks to its browser's Flash support.

However, this morning multiple users have reported the above message indicating "Unfortunately, this video is not available on your platform.

To quote: Some odd glitch related to the recent PS3 2.80 Firmware update or other temporary problem, or is this the latest platform to get the Boxee treatment when trying to bring streaming video to TV screens?

We've reached out to Hulu for an explanation but so far, haven't heard a response.

Interestingly, the Hulu TOS was just updated as of June 26, and although we haven't found any PS3-specific passages, changing a browser's user-string to match the console reveals it is definitely being specifically blocked.

Video: PlayStation Eye Chat: Shatter for PSN

200°
278w ago - Sony's Social Media Senior Specialist Chris Morell shared a PlayStation Eye Chat: Shatter for PSN video interview this weekend.

To quote: The kind folks at developer Sidhe agreed to participate in the PSB's first-ever video interview using the PlayStation Eye. And considering the company resides down in New Zealand, it's just about the only way to get them talking in-person.

Shatter is like Arkanoid on steroids...and we mean that in the most positive way. Here, Managing Director Mario Wynands talks about the game's slick graphics, power-ups and unique push/pull gameplay that makes this PSN game the real deal.

And what do you think of the PS3 Video Chat format via the Eye? Drop a comment and let us know... it could be a great way to conduct interviews with folks from across the globe.
