To quote: Another update to Swingball 2. If you make something cool with the level editor then don’t hesitate to post it in the comments.

Notable changes:

  • Added a level editor.
  • You now have a score which is displayed at the top of the screen and decreases as time passes.
  • If you score reaches zero then you lose.
  • Your score increases when you collect the white orbs.
  • High scores are automatically saved and displayed in the level selection screen.
  • The level selection screens scrolls so it can deal with a quantity of levels that would be too large to comfortable display on screen.

Video: Pinballistik: Build a Battle Pinball Arcade Today on PSN

250°
142w ago - Creat Studios Technical Director Jason Benham has made available a Pinballistik video trailer spotlighting how players can build a Battle Pinball Arcade beginning today on PSN.

To quote: Creat Studios is proud to present Pinballistik, our latest PSN-exclusive game.

Pinballistik is unlike any other pinball game you've ever played - it has the first two-player Battle mode where you can face off against your friends and play on either side of the table!

In another first, you can play against AI players with varying degrees of difficulty. In a nod to the purists, we also offer challenging and full-featured single player Classic tables for each of our themed table packs.

When we tell people Pinballistik is only $3.99 for the first two Wild West-themed tables, they often ask: Is this only a mini? Does it have Trophies? Well, I can tell you that this is no mini and it has a ton of Trophies! In fact, the 'a la carte' approach we've taken has allowed us to provide 29 trophies with a total of 525 points - all for less than the price of a standard PSN title!

Pinballistik offers a ton of game configuration options. In Battle mode, either play to reach a certain point threshold or get the highest score in a time limit. You can configure penalties that are applied when...

To quote: Here is an update of the latest Themes from The Studio that were released this week on the PlayStation Store.

The Studio brings to PlayStation a collection of Static and Dynamic Themes for PS3 and PSP from some of the world's greatest artists to create one of the best showcases of digital art anywhere in the world and they are all available for you to download.

We have partnered with Studio Output, one of the world's most tuned-in creative design and production companies, to help us curate The Studio collection and ensure only the finest offerings in everything from urban street art to illustration are included.

To get you in the mood before Halloween next week, this week's release celebrates all things dark and creepy, with wondering zombies, looming monster heads and eerie ghouls ready to haunt your XMB.

Zombies in the City is a Dynamic Theme by KOA. Behind the name KOA hides Olivier Cramm, an illustrator drawing incessantly, feeding on ink, paint and of course the Japanese food that he loves to cook.

Mass Effect 3 PlayStation 3 Co-op Report: All 4 One Details

350°
143w ago - Sony's Senior Social Media Specialist Sid Shuman has posted up an All 4 One co-op report today on Mass Effect 3 for the PlayStation 3 entertainment system.

To quote: Yes, Virginia, there is a multiplayer mode in Mass Effect 3. And it's in the form of a galaxy-spanning PSN cooperative campaign that pits two to four players against wave after wave of relentless Reaper forces.

In this way, the basic premise of Mass Effect 3's Galaxy at War co-op mode is not unlike Call of Duty's Nazi Zombies or Modern Warfare 2's Spec Ops, only with the series' robust RPG progression system making the jump in full force.

In my demonstration of Galaxy at War, Bioware's team first teased what looked to be a large, interactive map that will enable teams to hop into different theaters of war spread around the galaxy.

You won't be able to port your Commander Shepard into the co-op Galaxy at War mode; instead, you'll create a new character from scratch, earning XP by slaying enemies and completing objectives.

The co-op scenarios are heavily combat focused, though simple objectives - such uploading computer files or disarming bombs - creep in from time to time. The pace is fast-paced and grueling, and your goal is simple: outlast your Reaper attackers.

Galaxy at War's progression...

144w ago - Creat Studios Marketing and PR Coordinator Bill Fryer has posted up a new video Pinballistik video below today that will bring Battle Pinball to PSN in November!

To quote: I wanted to stop by to tell you that Pinballistik is coming to the PlayStation Store on November 1st for only $3.99! Test your mettle in the non-stop action of battle pinball.

You can complete exciting features on your side of the table or try to get the ball past your opponent on the opposing side. We have something for those pinball purists out there too: Each of the uniquely themed battle tables has its own classic table.

Start the Pinballistik experience off with Circle the Wagons. Mosey on down to the saloon or pay a visit to the can-can dancers. Make sure to finish loading that revolver before your opponent, then take aim and FIRE! Pinball has never been this intense.

Pinballistik will launch with day-one DLC tables Sector X and Made of Money. This lets you pick and choose the tables you want to download. Don't worry about the price: each additional game pack is only $2.99.

Everyone at [Register or Login to view links] is incredibly excited to continue supporting PSN with the release of Pinballistik....
