Robin Hood Joins PS3 and PSP Minis on PSN This Week

50°
223w ago - Nordcurrent Managing Director Alex Bravve has announced today that Robin Hood: Return of Richard will be joining Sony's PS3 entertainment system and PSP handheld in Minis format via PSN this week for $4.99.

To quote: Today I'd like to talk about our first Minis game called [Register or Login to view links] that will be available on PSN on the 25th of May for $4.99.

[Register or Login to view links] is a shooting adventure game set in medieval England. You play as a Robin Hood, trying to defend local towns and villages from cruel enemies.

Robin Hood's gameplay has its roots in classics shooting and hunting games, such as Duck Hunt or Moorhuhn, but with tons of little cool features.

For example, each level has secret objects that you have to find and shoot, and if you find them all, you will get some bonus points. Or here, in Robin Hood, it is not only you who can shoot enemies, but also enemies can shoot you.

Robin Hood consists of 12 levels. All levels are different in terms of visuals as well as villains. As you progress further, you will be facing against new enemies - for example at some point you will meet a nice catapult guys. If you do not...

Car Jack Streets for PS3 and PSP Minis Arrives on PSN Store

350°
226w ago - Today Tag Games Managing Director & Founder Paul Farley has announced that Car Jack Streets for PS3 and PSP Minis has arrived on Sony's PSN Store.

To quote: If you haven't heard of the game before, it's best described as an action, driving, and crime game. You play as Randal Meyers, a small-town crook that's run up a million dollars in debt to the Mob... and they want it back!

You need to do whatever you can to pay that debt back, or else you're a dead man. Rob banks, steal cars, do jobs for the crime lords and even deliver pizza if you have to. Just make those payments on time, or else...

Car Jack Streets started life a few years ago when a few Tag Games team members (who also worked on the first [Register or Login to view links]) suggested we try and make a GTA-style game for cell phones.

Trying to cram all that content into a very small device was hard work, but we did it and Car Jack Streets was born! It was very important for us when designing the game that it took into account that most people would play for short periods of time and would probably be traveling or doing other things while playing.

With this in mind we added an innovative real-time element: the time in the game is the...
