111w ago - Capybara Games Co-founder and President Nathan Vella has posted up a video today spotlighting Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes which hits fans via PSN on April 12, 2011.
To quote: Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes is our HD love letter to the original game that we released in 2009 to acclaim and awards.
It's not often that you get the chance to remake your own game, so we couldn't pass up the opportunity to bring this gem to a whole new audience: you guys! By now most people know about Clash of Heroes' engrossing campaign mode, its innovative puzzle-strategy gameplay, and its tense turn-based battles.
But what few realize is that those battles are even better when your facing off against your friends (or some random stranger who has an ass-whupping coming to him). So that's why Might & Magic Clash of Heroes is dropping with full local and online multiplayer, in either 1v1 or 2v2 flavours.
Not content to simply juice up the multiplayer mode and port the game over, we decided to redo the game from scratch with all new 2D HD art, hand-drawn by the same talented crew of artists that brought you the lush visuals of Critter Crunch....
To quote, roughly translated: Some days programming an operator of PKG, and since I have left something kinda cool, because what the public... I notice I am not a professional program and I do this with an altruistic and disinterested.
I must say it is only tested in Kmeaw 3.55, it also creates this pkg for CFW GeoHot have not tried. No need to have any program or folder keys, simply use the MagicPKG and go.
This program uses internally readself tools, unself, etc... but you need not have them.
Please, if you use it to go posting that you work and no play as well as if you ever find a fault. Thank you very much everybody.
OPERATION: The program itself has a fairly comprehensive tutorial.
115w ago - Today Senior Producer Brian Etheridge at D3Publisher of America Inc has revealed EDF: Insect Armageddon which brings co-op and 300 weapons to PS3 this July!
To quote: Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon is the follow-up to the highly regarded Earth Defense Force 2017, and we're bringing three-player co-op and six-player Survival Mode over PSN to this fight! The series comes to the PlayStation 3 for the first time on July 5th, 2011.
America's first dose did not come until 2007 when Earth Defense Force 2017; Prior to that, only a handful of savvy importers knew what the series was about; insane numbers of huge insect enemies, massive destruction, boatloads of crazy weapons, and non-stop arcade action.
As the fourth game in the series, Insect Armageddon stays true to its predecessors. The Ravagers, an insectoid race from the stars, has come to Earth to dominate it...
