Return of Mm Picks

When Media Molecule isn't working on super creative projects, they actually like diving into their own game just to play your levels.

Next week they will showcase some of their favorites on their site, as a sneak peak, check out the video below and be sure to fire up LBP and play it yourself.

Put on your space-suit and hop aboard the USS LBP StarCruiser. As you make your way through the spaceship, experience zero gravity in the Zero G pod and encounter a hovering sentry droid.

If you get stuck, keep an eye out for symbols to help you out.

Videos: SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny PSP Gameplay Clips Available

100°
264w ago - Wondering how SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny is looking on the PSP? Watch several clips of different fighting matches in SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny below.

There's also a gameplay video below featuring Kratos, from God of War. It looks like the PSP will be getting another great looking fighting game from Namco Bandai Games. The PSP may just have the best portable fighting games.

To quote: SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny is the first portable iteration in the series that promises to deliver its signature weapon-based fighting formula on-the-go.

With SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny's huge roster of warriors, players can battle as one of many returning favorites or new fighters for some nail biting brawls.

Adding depth to the combat, an all new single player mode has been developed that not only challenges a player's reflexes but also improves their fighting skills. Robust and challenging single-player modes, head-to-head multiplayer and gorgeous visuals make this a must-have for any fighting game fan.

Videos: PSOne Emulator PSX4iPhone Running on iPhone 3GS

100°
265w ago - Today ZodTTD has shared a few preview videos of the PSOne emulator PSX4iPhone running on an iPhone 3GS. Also below is an earlier video of the GBA emulator gpSPhone running on the iPhone 3GS.

To quote: For those who have an iPhone 3GS, you're probably aware of how much faster this model runs over all previous Apple handheld devices. This is evident in my YouTube video posted in my previous newsbit of gpSPhone running on the 3GS.

I now have psx4iphone running very speedy on the 3GS. It's at the point where Final Fantasy 7 is fullspeed at very least without sound. The build is rough around the edges, as you can't switch games without restarting the emulator, and only memory card saves are currently working, no save states just yet. Both these issues are being worked on.

So how would you like to run psx4iphone on your 3GS right now, even without a jailbreak? Well you can! I can make a build for a limited number of people.

In order to run this build you will need a tool like DiskAid for PC & Mac to place games & bios, that you must supply yourself, in a publicly writable directory. It's simple drag & drop.

Videos: Katamari Forever for PS3 - The Music

50°
265w ago - Today Namco Bandai Games Producer Kazuhito Udetsu has shared a few videos of the music from Katamari Forever for PS3.

To quote: I'm here today to give you a peek into the music of Katamari Forever. As always, Yuu Miyake was in charge of sound direction and he did a wonderful job.

Katamari Forever's soundtrack consists of remixes of past Katamari songs. Let me briefly talk about why this is. Since the first game, Katamari Damacy, was originally only released in Japan, we wanted Japanese singers who were well-known in Japan but nobody had heard from in awhile for whatever reason.

For the second game we wanted to do the same thing but with foreign artists. However, this didn't happen because of our lack of foreign friends and ability to negotiate.

For this game we thought it would be a good idea to have those tunes remixed or arranged by Japanese and non-Japanese artists as sort of a musical trilogy (Oh, did you notice that Katamari Forever is the third title for a PlayStation console? Not that it really means anything though.).

The most important thing about the remixed music is that it's clearly meant to be for a Katamari game. That includes Katamari-themed...
