Video: VHBL Exploit on PS Vita Firmware 2.02 by Tomtomdu80 Demo

650°
100w ago - Following up on the CEF TN release and XMB on PSVita news, today tomtomdu80 announced that he has found a new VHBL exploit for PS Vita Firmware v2.02 with a demonstration video below.

To quote via wololo's blog: A new user mode exploit has been found by user tomtomdu80.

What makes this user mode exploit different from others is that tomtomdu80 was able to port it to VHBL and has gotten quite good homebrew compatibility, not many exploits achieve this. Below is a video showing the exploit.

Before anyone starts saying things like “it’s fake” or “he’s moving the vita away blablabla”, let me tell you two things:

1- I personally confirm this exploit as I’ve tested it myself on my vita
2- he hides the vita in the video to prevent the game from being shown

I know most of you...

105w ago - Following up on their previous update, today [Register or Login to view links] has shared a PlayStation Vita demo video and guide on running PSX / PS1 games at full speed (with no sound) via eCFW TN-C on Sony PS Vita Firmware 2.01 below.

Download: [Register or Login to view links] / [Register or Login to view links] (Mirror)

To quote: In this video I show you that its possible to run PS1 games at the TN-C CFW. This is also working at the lower firmwares, you don't need the upcoming 2.01 exploit for it.

Just put the 2 PRX files into your exploit savegame folder and PSX (PS1) games should be working from the TNMenu. Other menues arent tested yet.

This should be working with every TN-C release for the PS Vita. The PS Vitas OFW shouldnt be important, it should be working for 1.6x, 1.80, 1.81 and 2.0x firmwares (avaible soon).

Greetings The Z

Video: Total_Noob's CEF TN-B for Gravity Crash on PS Vita Arrives

1300°
110w ago - Following up on their previous announcement, today wololo has revealed that Total_Noob's CEF TN-B (port by Teck4 and Frostegater) is now available which makes use of the PS Vita Gravity Crash exploit for Firmware 1.81.

Download: [Register or Login to view links]

From his blog: Despite conspiracy theorists who would love to see us not deliver, here’s, as promised, Teck4′s port of Total_Noob’s eCFW to a new game exploit for the game Gravity Crash Portable.

As “expected”, the game Gravity Crash Portable was removed from all Sony PSN locales yesterday, following our announce 3 days ago of a vulnerability being discovered in that game, that would allow a malicious attacker to run Super Mario Bros on your Vita.

Hopefully, people who missed the Monster Hunter AND Urbanix AND Mad blocker alpha exploits had enough luck this time to catch this 4th game in time before it got pulled.

Teck4 ported TN’s CEF to the Gravity Crash game in JP, while Frostegater adapted this work to the EU and US versions....
