New quests

Eight new quests will be added upon using the unlock key. To play the quests, go to Mad Chronicle > Inside Avalon > Avalon Pacts > Forgotten Pact > Hour of Amber (game progress required).

In these new quests, you will see two new boss characters called Dullahan and Behemoth and a new map called Caverns of Goliath.

Today I'm going to talk about The HD Adventures of Rotating Octopus Character - a brand new PS Vita remake of Dakko Dakko's very first game, The 2D Adventures of Rotating Octopus Character - originally released on PSP minis. Phew.

First up, you're the first to hear that the game has cleared certification and will be released in Europe on 29th May. It'll cost €2.99 (or local equivalent), is available across Europe and Australia/New Zealand, and as well as English, is translated into Spanish, French, German and Italian. A US version is in progress now, and will be coming soon.

As we know you're all definitely going to buy it (right?), in this post I'm going to relax and take some time to explain some of the major changes we've made from the original, and share a bit of insight into how we went about it.

The company's initial mission was to try and combine Simon and Tom's passion for training disengaged youth in video game design, with my love of making games.

The dream from day one was to make our own games, but as a business it seemed impossible to make it work, so for the next four years we worked for various clients, making everything from websites, to apps, to games controlled by your brain.

Today we're announcing that PS Vita owners will be able to check out Disney Interactive's Epic Mickey 2 on PS Vita next month, on June 18th.

Epic Mickey 2 comes to PS Vita with a number of new features that are only made possible with PS Vita's unique touch capabilities. On the backend, we've added things like ad hoc network functionality, but we've also implemented new ways to control the game.

You'll be able to control paint, thinner and Oswald's electric beam using the touch screen, as well as use orientation-based controls for both the camera and while driving.

To quote: I've been bursting for this moment - Men's Room Mayhem is finally launching on PlayStation Vita today!

For anyone unfamiliar with the game: you're hired as the janitor of your very own chaotic men's room. You're responsible for directing patrons, keeping everywhere sparkling clean and steering patrons away from trouble!

You need to get your customers safely to the urinals and stalls in time - otherwise there'll be a few nasty accidents for you to clean up!

You can get bonus points for guiding patrons close to each other, but don't collide or there'll be fisticuffs; maintaining proper men's room etiquette (always leave a gap), as well as for demonstrating good personal hygiene and making sure patrons wash their hands. All this is done using simple line drawing touch gestures on PS Vita's front screen.

Since my earlier post, people have been asking me about what else to expect from Men's Room Mayhem. The game begins in the Country Pub location where you learn the basics, and are eased nicely into the action.
