Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team to Hit PSP in North America

228w ago - Today Namco Bandai Games has announced that Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team will be hitting the Sony PSP in North America, and confirmed that Dragon Ball Z: Raging Blast 2 will also be arriving on the PlayStation 3 and XBox 360 consoles later this year.

To quote: "For the first time ever, Dragon Ball Z fans can enter into a two on two combat in Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team for the PSP.

The game offers a solo or an Ad Hoc miltiplyer mode to tackle memorable battles with the favorite Draogn Ball Z characters. New modes such as Dragon Walker, Battle 100, and Survival mode will be made available in Tenkaichi Tag Team.

With the new Raging Soul System, characters are allowed to reach a special state, increasing their combat abilities to the ultimate level. Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 will have more than 90 characters, 20 of which are brand new to the Raging Blast series.

Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team for the PSP system, and Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 system will be available this Fall."
 

Persona 3 Portable Coming to PSP for North America in July 2010

244w ago - Today Atlus' Manager of Public Relations and Sales Aram Jabbari has revealed that Persona 3 Portable is coming to PSP for North America in July, 2010.

To quote: We bring good news. By "we" we mean [Register or Login to view links], the publisher with the penchant for bringing edgy, outside-the-box RPGs to North America.

The good news? Persona 3 Portable, the handheld-ization of the award-winning beloved Persona 3, is coming to PSP and the PlayStation Store (for all you PSPgo owners out there) this July.

So aside from being the portable version of one of the highest-rated RPGs of all time, why exactly should you want to play Persona 3 Portable? I'm glad you asked...

3D Dot Game Heroes Confirmed for PS3 in North America

256w ago - Just over a month ago we saw the debut trailer for the PS3 exclusive 3D Dot Game Heroes.

As one of the most promising PlayStation 3 exclusive games in Japan, 3D Dot Game Heroes is apparently being localized for North America.

Sony just posted the following message on their official [Register or Login to view links] page, to quote:

"No need to import - 3D Dot Game Heroes for PS3 is DEFINITELY coming to NA! Spread the word, more to come."

The publisher and release date is still unknown. Still, it is great seeing a unique game like 3D Dot Game Heroes be made available to a worldwide audience.
 

Japanese Brawler Kenka Bancho 3 to Hit PSPs in North America

272w ago - Atlus U.S.A., Inc. today revealed that it has secured the publishing rights to Kenka Bancho 3, a Japanese beat'em up for PSP system.

The game, which puts players in the role of a high school student on a class trip to a historic Japanese city, includes no shortage of fist-to-face and knee-to-gut action, and all in the name of pride and bragging rights.
