Soldiers of the Milky Way - By now it is no secret that the Reaper War has had its share of logistical SNAFUs. It is to the galaxy's credit that, when we put out the call for volunteers, we were answered by individuals of every species from Citadel, Traverse, Terminus space, and most significantly for this operation, the PlayStation Network.
Unfortunately, the diversity of equipment sources meant our allies ran into hardware and software incompatibilities.
These brave men and women have been fighting beside you and, in doing so, have gone above and beyond normal duty. Because their units were not properly tracked, they fought without pay and sometimes without proper training, equipment, even rations. It is a mark of their character that these warriors of the PlayStation Network took the grave task set before us and stuck it out through sheer determination.

93w ago - Sony Creative Director Chris Sorrell has announced today that the PS2 cult classic Primal is coming to PSN on Tuesday.
To quote: Primal grew from a warm, happy, and long-lost place where we were insanely fortunate enough to have an amazing team, an exciting new platform to build for (PlayStation 2!), and the freedom to make the game we wanted to make.
Core influences were some of the awesome TV shows of the day: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Dark Angel to name the foremost. We wanted to build a game that captured the vibe of these shows while also showing off some of the cool technical and artistic things we thought we could achieve with the (then) new PS2.
The premise was a classic: pretty girl meets gargoyle, explores demon worlds, acquires demonic powers, and (spoiler!) has to kill her boyfriend to save the universe.
We were lucky to hook up with our dream voice cast to bring these characters to life - Hudson Leick (best known from the Xena: Warrior Princess) and the fantastic and sadly missed Andreas Katsulas (whose work on Babylon 5 I so admired).
Together they brought a truly unusual warmth to our main characters that stood out at the time, and remains quite special even to this day.
95w ago - Sony Senior Social Media Specialist Rey Gutierrez has shared a video today officially welcoming PlayStation gamers to their new PS Vita handheld console.
To quote: PlayStation is just days away from embarking on another historic console journey with the launch of PS Vita - the most ambitious entertainment device you've ever held in your hands.
PS Vita was first unveiled to the world as NGP, the "Next Generation Portable," in January 2011 and formally christened as PS Vita during E3.
In the time leading up to the big global launch day on February 22nd, we chronicled the designers as they created the world's most advanced handheld gaming system and heard from some of the most-respected game developers in the business.
We also recently revealed what's in the box for the PS Vita First Edition Bundle launching to early adopters on February 15th. Today, we wanted to welcome you to our world with this new video.
