Eb0x EBOOT Extractor v1.0 for PSP released!

323w ago - Bumuckl has released Eb0x, a simplistic file utility designed for the PSP that can extract graphic and data files from EBOOT archive files.

While there are similar applications capable of performing the same task on PC, Eb0x does all the work straight from your PSP.

Currently, supported formats for extraction include ICON0.PNG, PIC1.PNG, PARAM.SFO, and DATA.PSP files.

Semi-brick Fix NTSC Disc for Wii released!

323w ago - Bushing has created a disc to fix NTSC-U wii's which got semi-bricked by the Mario Kart updates or any other out of region updates.

To quote: I've made a disc which will hopefully fix any NTSC Wii that got bricked by an imported Mario Kart game (or similar). It is an ISO with one partition – an update partition – and it contains three files: IOS30-64-v1040.wad, SystemMenu-v289.wad, and __update.inf:

System Menu v289 is the newest NTSC version of the system menu available on Nintendo's download servers; it's what you will get if you go into the Settings Menu and perform an update. I packed it into a WAD, and maintained the original, valid Nintendo signature, so it should be safe to install. (The disc, however, is fakesigned. This should not be a problem.)

I'm including IOS30 as well, just in case – it's what this system menu uses. I would expect all systems out there to already have it installed, but hey.

Obligatory warning – I have tested this on 3 Wiis and it seemed to work fine, but I can't make any promises that it won't brick your Wii. It contains no safeguards; use this ONLY on an NTSC (US) Wii. If you use...
 

Infectus PS3 Double NAND Programmer v1.37 released!

323w ago - Hi, I'd like to share the Demo application tool I updated adding to it many functions. Now it's a complete tool, not only a demo anymore, I tested it in read, erase and write modes many times thus I named it "Infectus PS3 Double NAND Programmer 1.37"

Added functionalities are:

- Recognition and automatic skip of bad blocks, both in erase and writing functions, from both the file dump and the HW NAND (this function is usefull for people that receive an error in erasing using the official infectus programmer).

- Operations are now logged into a file saved in the same Dump directory (InfectusLog.txt)

- A progress bar has been added in order to check the operation progresses.

- At the end of the operations a message box with a summary is now displayed.
 

PSP Filer 5.0 update released!

By using PSP Filer, users can easily edit, copy, delete, and transfer files on the memory stick and flash memory.

In addition to a couple bug-related fixes, version 5.0 adds full support for the Greek language set. As usual, the complete changelog can be found below.
