11w ago - Lab Zero Games CEO Peter Bartholow unveiled a new Skullgirls update today which includes a free character and stage with details below.

To quote: Last week, Lab Zero Games, the new developer of Skullgirls, started an Indiegogo campaign to keep the game growing with the addition of new characters.

The results have simply blown us away -- our amazing fans raised $150,000 to fund Squigly, our first DLC character, in under 24 hours. And now, a week later, we've more than doubled that and are well on our way to funding a second character.

So sometime this summer, all owners of Skullgirls will be able to download Squigly free! Not only will you get this awesome, parasite-infested opera singer to play with, you'll also get her story mode and a new stage.

In addition to Squigly's stage, we'll also be developing a new stage, the River King Casino, that will be also be released free. Check out this early concept sketch:

I did say it was early. But in the coming weeks, you'll see that rough sketch turn into a beautiful, hand-painted 3D stage.

12w ago - Super Icon Ltd Creative Director Richard Hill-Whittall has officially unveiled their Life of Pixel update today proclaiming: You Talked, We Listened!

Below are the details, to quote: Although I have been developing games for a lot of years, our PS Mobile-exclusive title Life of Pixel was the first time I have had the opportunity to do a big update to one of the games I have worked on after release.

It has been fantastic to get the opportunity to revisit the game to fix a few issues that were present in the initial release, and to listen to feedback from those who downloaded Pixel v1.

Twitter has been invaluable to keep in touch with those players and discuss issues and ideas for the update. In fact, I had such a great time working on the update I ended up adding in a lot more stuff than I originally planned!

Life of Pixel is an old-fashioned platform game with plenty of modern twists and puzzle elements. The star of the game is Pixel, a little green pixel who is tired of being part of the crowd. 17w ago - Following up on PS Vita Firmware v2.02, today Sony has officially announced that PlayStation Vita System Software update v2.05 is incoming.

While no official changelog is available yet, according to their announcement the update will offer users the following, to quote: "system software stability during use of some features has been improved."
