But I did want to stop by, say hey, and answer some of the more frequent questions we've been getting about the new Twisted Metal. Watch the video below to get some info on things like multiplayer balance, my all-time favorite Twisted Metal weapon, and the huuuuge bosses you'll encounter in the game.
Thanks again for your great questions, and happy holidays! Oh, and stay tuned to the end of the video for info on how you can win a brand new Sweet Tooth action figure signed by the whole Twisted Metal team!

177w ago - Sony's Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has posted up a video with Eat Sleep Play's David Jaffe and Scott Campbell today speaking on Twisted Metal for the PS3 entertainment system.
To quote: If you recall our E3 press conference (of course you do), the new Twisted Metal game owned the trademark showstopping reveal.
Soon after, I sat down with Eat Sleep Play's David Jaffe and Scott Campbell for a candid talk about what bringing Sweet Tooth and company to PS3 will mean for you gamers.
There's actually a lot more from that conversation, so maybe we'll have to do an unedited director's cut some time down the line...
If you want to hear more from David and Scott soon, you're in luck: they'll be speaking *today* at Comic-Con. They'll be revealing some of the characters of the new game, share early looks at the game's twisted end stories, and show concept art of ideas that never saw the light of day.
The "Twisted Metal Returns!" panel starts at 1PM this afternoon in Room 8. It should be awesome in person but, if you're not going to be able to make it to Comic-Con,...

It's been a long while since the last console Twisted Metal was released, but we think the wait will have been worth it. We're crazy proud of the new game and are looking forward to entertaining all of the loyal TM fans as well as earning many new Twisted Metal devotees with this title.
But the game is not done yet. We've got a ways to go so we could really use your help. The game is playable on the show floor starting...
305w ago - When David Jaffe released Twisted Metal Head On: Extra Twisted Edition he promised that there was a hidden message in the game that would reveal the next project for Jaffe's Eat Sleep Play development studio.
Well it may have been "hidden really, really, really well" but you know how hardcore fans can be. A group over at Gamefaq managed to decipher the message in record time, discovering that it reads: METAL IS COMING ON PSTHREE.
I contacted Jaffe, who's hanging at DICE this week, to see if the gamers were on the money and he confirmed they were, adding his chagrin at how fast the code was discovered and cracked. Unfortunately, he hit me with a big fat no comment when I asked him if the upcoming PS3 version of Metal was going to be hitting the console via a disc or as a downloadable.
