70w ago - Sony Associate Product Marketing Manager Richard Ho has posted up a video today showcasing the new Pulse Elite Edition application that allows custom pre-set modes below!

To quote: Tomorrow, we're releasing a free App to support the addition of new audio Modes for PULSE wireless stereo headset - Elite Edition.

To make your listening experience more dynamic, BassImpact has been added to new Modes for games, movies and music. In some instances, the sound profiles of the original movie or music scores have been adjusted to emphasize certain sounds.

As you know from watching our video walkthrough back in September there are currently six different default audio Modes available: Game, Shooter, Racing, Fighting, Music and Movie.

This new app will add five new Modes to your already enhanced audio experience:

• Football (Game):
BassImpact lets you feel the crunch of bone-crushing tackles or jolts behind every kick of the football

• Horror (Movie):
Deep bass sounds are enhanced to heighten the eerie atmosphere while the high shrill of screams are boosted to make you jump out of your seat.

• Action (Movie):
The low and high sounds of explosions and gunfire are magnified delivering a bigger and more intense audio experience.

79w ago - So here we go, I call this Blade-Mod, an FckPSN Mod which includes add-ons, skins, settings and detailed information integrated into the application based off FckPSN by drizzt.

I like this method because all spoofs are on fly by PSN on DEX without installing something on PS3 (except for the ca27).

I know, almost no one needs it anymore (at least not for PS3 Firmware 4.25), but for all those like me, who for example don't want to change IDPS on DEX, or needs some settings to be variable, can use this tool to set all kinds of spoof settings. Get my rar -> its a ready to use pack.

Persona 4 Golden is Set for November 20th on PlayStation Vita

50°
83w ago - Atlus Manager of Public Relations and Sales Aram Jabbari has confirmed today that Persona 4 Golden is set for November 20th on the PlayStation Vita handheld gaming console.

To quote: Persona 4 Golden, Japan's BEST SELLING PS Vita game of ALL darn-tootin' time, finally has a North American release date: November 20, 2012, in stores and via PlayStation Store.

Did you hear that? That's the sound of millions of Vita owners screaming in joyous union. They know, as you might too (or will soon learn), that when it comes to a deep role-playing game experience with TONS of monsters to slay; Personas to collect and fuse; areas to explore; well-written characters with which to interact and develop bonds; and a terrific, highly memorable story, there is NO substitute.

A random short list of enhancements and additions (in no particular order) we've only lightly touched on:

• You can now sneak out at night when your uncle Dojima is out at work (which is frequent, as he's a veteran police detective). Every conversation and event discovered during this time - heck, even the music that plays - is all new. Moreover, many areas, like Shiroku store in the shopping district, serve a different purpose after dark.

• You can get night jobs, on top of the clubs you might join...

Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set, Extra PS3 Content

300°
83w ago - Capcom Product Manager Andrew Schnorr has announced today that the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's will include tons of extra content on PS3!

Below are the details, to quote: Back on August 30, 1987, Capcom released Street Fighter in arcades, which seemed relatively innocuous until you gave it a second look.

The graphics were average for the time, the voice acting was quite muffled, and the controls were strict and unforgiving. You could normally only choose a single character - a redheaded, red-shoed martial artist named Ryu - unless a second player came on, in which case they could play a blonde clone named Ken.

Most people who play it would agree that it's not the best game in the series, but there were people who saw its potential, and decided to continue the franchise with Street Fighter II. With that, one of the video games' biggest icons stepped into the spotlight.

Over the past 25 years, Street Fighter has worked itself up from humble beginnings in the arcade to being a cultural phenomenon throughout the world. Millions of people interact with it every day, in a myriad of ways.

In all truth, the fans define the franchise as much as the games. And it was these people who inspired the creation of the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's...
