112w ago - Fun Bits Interactive Team Lead Chris Millar has unveiled the Escape Plan PS Vita launch trailer video today spotlighting Lil & Laarg greeting the world.

To quote: It's a fantastic day for Fun Bits Interactive and our good friends at SCEA Santa Monica Studio as we celebrate the official launch of PS Vita with a brand-new launch trailer for Escape Plan. Check it out below!

We also want to take this opportunity to thank all the lucky people who grabbed the game last week for the pre-order bundle release on Feb 14th. So far, the response has been fantastic and we really appreciate your support for the game!

Exclusive to the powerful and touch-tastic PS Vita, gamers can interact and experience the irreverent dark humor of Escape Plan with tactile swipes, slaps, pokes and reach-around taps. Part of the fun of Escape Plan is taking a moment to figure out all the new ways to interact with the game, as well as exploring the new interfaces of PS Vita's hardware... all without splatting our hapless heroes all over the place.

Never before have players been able to reach into a game from the front and back of a mobile device like this, and have it feel totally intuitive, natural...

118w ago - Namco Bandai Games Community Manager "Filthie" Rich Bantegui has shared a new Touch My Katamari Prologue video trailer today announcing that it will be heading to PS Vita next month.

To quote: We're almost one month away from the PS Vita launch here in North America, and Namco Bandai Games is nearly ready to launch the next chapter in the Katamari saga on February 22nd in North America and Europe.

We've already been over how the new core gameplay mechanics will work: You'll stretch and squeeze your katamari using the rear touchscreen, changing the shape of your rolly ball of fun to better maneuver around each level. What we haven't yet shared is the story!

Watch the prologue video below to get a look at the terrifying revelation uncovered by the King of All Cosmos at the beginning of our stretchy tale. Once the greatest in the universe, the king finds out that his level of cool is now only on par with something he simply won't stand for... thus beginning a redemption tale for the ages!

122w ago - Sony Senior Social Media Specialist Sid Shuman has shared some new PlayStation Vita gameplay trailer video footage today as PS Vita takes San Francisco!

To quote: Yesterday, more than 60 members of the gaming press piled into our Vita Hill social club in San Francisco to go hands-on with a slew of updated PS Vita games.

The event showcased everything from Escape Plan, MotorStorm RC, Super Stardust Delta, and UNCHARTED: Golden Abyss to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Army Corps of Hell, FIFA Soccer... even Plants vs. Zombies (now confirmed!) joined in on the fun.

It was a memorable night, and one you can recreate right now if you happen to live near the San Francisco Bay Area – just visit the Vita Hill social club and bring some friends (the club is free and open to the public through mid-February).

Expect to see these PS Vita social clubs expanding to new cities in the coming weeks. And a comprehensive PS Vita mall tour is currently rolling out across the country through December, so if you've been dying to play PS Vita right now, you're certainly not short on options!

In other news, today also sees the release...

131w ago - Zen Studios Managing Director Zsolt Kigyossy has posted up a new Marvel Pinball: Ghost Rider PSN trailer today alongside some details on their PS Vita plans below.

To quote: It's been pretty busy here at Zen Studios, and we just had to take a break to fill you all in on some pretty exciting developments with the Marvel Pinball series.

If you rewind back to San Diego Comic-Con, you may remember we announced a brand new four-table pack, Marvel Pinball: Vengeance and Virtue.

Ghost Rider, half of the "Vengeance" part of the title, was the first table revealed, and to this point there have only been a handful of screens to explore - but today, right here on the PlayStation.Blog, we are giving you a first look at Johnny Blaze, Lucifer, and Zadkiel in action.

Did you see what we did there??? "A virtuous announcement coming to New York Comic Con." Yes, we will be revealing a new table this Saturday @ 1:15 - 2:15 during the Marvel Games panel at NYCC. Any guesses on...
