Sony: 1 Million PlayStation Move Units Shipped in North America

180w ago - Sony PlayStation 3 Marketing Manager Kim Nguyen has announced today that one million PlayStation Move units have shipped in North America and that there is a growing library of titles.

To quote: You might have heard that PlayStation Move has already shipped one million units and given the list of exciting games below, it's hard to imagine sales slowing down.

Next Tuesday marks the launch of gritty brawler, The Fight: Lights Out, party favorite SingStar Dance, and the HD revival of one of PlayStation's most iconic characters, Sly Cooper, in The Sly Collection.

But that's just the start of the holiday shopping season; we've got more great games on their way for every type of gamer - from the casual to the core and everyone in between. Additionally, we've got exclusive games coming out in early 2011 including Killzone 3, LittleBigPlanet 2, and SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs.

LittleBigPlanet 2 PS3 Launches January 18, 2011 in North America

186w ago - Today SCEA PR Manager Eric Levine has announced that LittleBigPlanet 2 on PS3 now officially launches on January 18, 2011 in North America.

To quote: As you may have heard today, Media Molecule shared some news regarding the release date of LittleBigPlanet 2.

Obviously this is a big blow to our LittleBigPlanet fans, but we're sure you'll understand our decision. As we focus on a 2011 release for our North American, Canadian, and Latin America consumers, we look forward to releasing LittleBigPlanet 2 on January 18th, 2011.

Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team to Hit PSP in North America

205w ago - Today Namco Bandai Games has announced that Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team will be hitting the Sony PSP in North America, and confirmed that Dragon Ball Z: Raging Blast 2 will also be arriving on the PlayStation 3 and XBox 360 consoles later this year.

To quote: "For the first time ever, Dragon Ball Z fans can enter into a two on two combat in Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team for the PSP.

The game offers a solo or an Ad Hoc miltiplyer mode to tackle memorable battles with the favorite Draogn Ball Z characters. New modes such as Dragon Walker, Battle 100, and Survival mode will be made available in Tenkaichi Tag Team.

With the new Raging Soul System, characters are allowed to reach a special state, increasing their combat abilities to the ultimate level. Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 will have more than 90 characters, 20 of which are brand new to the Raging Blast series.

To quote: We bring good news. By "we" we mean Atlus, the publisher with the penchant for bringing edgy, outside-the-box RPGs to North America.

The good news? Persona 3 Portable, the handheld-ization of the award-winning beloved Persona 3, is coming to PSP and the PlayStation Store (for all you PSPgo owners out there) this July.
